बच्ची को सांप ने डंसा, घंटों इंतजार के बाद भी अंततः ‘108 एंबुलेंस’ नहीं मिला, फलस्वरुप बच्ची की हुई मौत

गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के कुगांव गांव में निःशुल्क 108 एम्बुलेंस समय पर नहीं मिलने का गंभीर मामला सामने आया है, बच्ची की हुई मौत । परिजनों का आरोप है कि काफी गंभीर पारिस्थितिकी में भी 10 -12 बार लगातार फोन कॉल करने के बावजूद समय पर 108 एम्बुलेंस उपलब्ध नहीं हुई, फलस्वरूप सांप के डंसने के करण घायल उक्त बच्ची की स्थिति गंभीर हुई और नौ वर्षीय शिवानी कुमारी को समय पर एंबुलेंस नहीं मिलने – समय पर गुमला सदर अस्पताल नहीं पहुंचने और समय पर इलाज नहीं मिलने के कारण अंततः शिवानी कुमारी की हुई मौत।
मृतका की मां धरमी देवी ने बताया कि बुधवार रात भोजन करने के बाद वह अपनी बेटी शिवानी के साथ सो गई थीं। देर रात करीब 12 से 1 बजे के बीच शिवानी ने पैर में तेज दर्द की शिकायत की। तब परिजनों ने उसके पैर में तेल लगाकर मालिश की, लेकिन कुछ ही देर में उसकी हालत काफी बिगड़ने लगी। पास पड़ोस के ग्रामीणों को बुलाकर और अंधविश्वास के चक्कर में पड़कर झाड़-फूंक भी कराया गया, लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ और उक्त गांव में यातायात सुविधा भी नहीं होने के कारण, ग्रामीण सोहन बड़ाईक और वार्ड सदस्य आरती देवी ने 108 एम्बुलेंस सेवा पर 10 से 12 बार लगातार मोबाइल से फोन करने के बावजूद भी, उससे संबंधित कोई भी व्यक्ति द्वारा उक्त कॉल रिसीव नहीं किया गया क्यों,,,,,????? यह सालासर लापरवाही नहीं तो और क्या है,,,,, ???? इसके बाद खोज बिन कर गांव के ही एक निजी वाहन को खोज कर लाया गया और शिवानी कुमारी को घाघरा उप-स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ले जाया गया, जहाँ सांप काटने से संबंधित कोई सूई, उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण उसे गुमला सदर अस्पताल रेफर कर किया गया। सदर अस्पताल में डॉ. असीम मिंज ने जांच के बाद शिवानी कुमारी को मृत घोषित कर दिया।
सिविल सर्जन गुमला ने आश्वासन दिया है की 108 एम्बुलेंस से संबंधित दोषी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ केस दर्ज होगा
बताया जाता है की रात 12 बजे बच्ची को सांप ने डंसा, गांव में यातायात व्यवस्था नहीं होने के कारण, परिजन अंधविश्वास के चक्कर में पड़कर झाड़-फूंक कराने में लगे रहे, और सुबह तीन बजे तबीयत ज्यादा बिगड़ गई,तब परिजनों ने उसे सीएचसी घाघरा में भर्ती कराया, जहाँ से सदर अस्पताल गुमला रेफर कर दिया गया, सिविल सर्जन गुमला ने बताया की 108 एंबुलेंस कॉल सेंटर, रांची के इंचार्ज से मैं बात किया हूं, जांचोपरांत जो भी दोषी होगा, उसे पर केस दर्ज होगा। -डॉ. शंभूनाथ चौधरी, सिविल सर्जन गुमला, परिजनों ने बताया की 9 वर्षीय बच्ची की सर्पदंश की आशंका हैं , सोने के बाद उक्त बच्ची फिर नहीं उठी, पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार किया जा रहा हैl
गुमला जिले के घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के कुगांव में नौ वर्षीय शिवानी कुमारी की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मौत हो गई। परिजनों ने सर्पदंश की आशंका जताई है। हालांकि मौत के वास्तविक कारणों का खुलासा पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही होगा।
चिकित्सकों का कहना है की सांप डंसने के बाद उक्त बच्ची को यदि, बिना समय गंवाए, और अंधविश्वास के चक्कर में नहीं पडकर और झाड़ फूंक नहीं करवाकर सीधा गुमला सदर अस्पताल लाया जाता तो उक्त बच्ची की जान बचाई जा सकती थी , लेकिन उक्त देरी का नतीजा जानलेवा साबित हो गई ।
