रांची : झारखंड जनाधिकार महासभा ने गुरुवार को कहा कि 14वें JPSC परीक्षा को लेकर पर व्यापक गड़बड़ी और घोटाला उजागर होने से यह स्पष्ट है कि CID जांच, छापेमारी, गिरफ्तारियां और अध्यक्ष के इस्तीफे ने साबित कर दिया है कि पूरा सिस्टम बिचौलियों और निजी कंपनियों के हाथों बिक चुका है। महासभा का मानना है कि आज तक किसी भी सरकार ने JPSC में बार-बार हो रहे घोटालों और गड़बड़ियों पर कार्रवाई व व्यवस्थागत सुधार पर प्रतिबद्धता नहीं दिखाई है। रघुवर दास सरकार के दौरान तो एक बार भी JPSC परीक्षा ही नहीं ली गयी।
महासभा के प्रवक्ताओं ने कहा कि 48 सवालों पर चयन का अजूबा कारनामा देखने को मिला. 2 जुलाई 2026 को जारी परिणाम में सिर्फ 48 उत्तर भरने वाले अभ्यर्थी का चयन होना और 500 से अधिक OMR शीटों में हेरफेर की आशंका सीधे तौर पर बड़ी ‘सेटिंग’ की ओर इशारा करती है।
परिणाम के दिन कट-ऑफ अंक और OMR शीट जानबूझकर सार्वजनिक नहीं की गई। साथ ही, उत्तर प्रदेश और हरियाणा से लगभग 418 बाहरी अभ्यर्थियों के संदिग्ध चयन पर कई सवाल खड़े होते हैं।
JPSC अध्यक्ष का इस्तीफा बहुत कुछ बयां करता है
महासभा की ओर से कहा गया कि 21 जुलाई को CID/पुलिस द्वारा JPSC कार्यालय और निजी कंपनी TDPL पर छापेमारी के तुरंत बाद JPSC अध्यक्ष एल. खियांगते का इस्तीफा देना और मुख्य परीक्षा का स्थगित होना दाल में काले नहीं, पूरी दाल के काली होने का सबूत है।
मामले में JPSC अधिकारी श्वेता कुमारी गुप्ता, TDPL मालिक रामवीर सिंह, बिचौलिए अभय कुमार तिवारी, वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के PA समेत अब तक 10 लोगों की गिरफ्तारी हो चुकी है। CID की जांच होटलों में बैठकों और करोड़ों के लेन-देन तक पहुंच चुकी है। एक ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी TDPL को किस हिसाब से परीक्षाओं का ठेका दिया गया ?
इस घोटाले के कारण न केवल 14वीं JPSC मुख्य परीक्षा बल्कि आगे होने वाली 9 अन्य महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षाएं स्थगित कर दी गई हैं, जिससे लाखों युवाओं का भविष्य अधर में लटक गया है।
शिक्षा मंत्री के इस्तीफे की मांग
महासभा ने परीक्षा धांधली, पेपर लीक और JPSC/JSSC में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार पर शिक्षा मंत्री नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेने और इस्तीफा देने की मांग की है. कहा गया कि रघुवर दास सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए झारखंड-विरोधी स्थानीय नीति को रद्द कर झारखंडी अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप स्पष्ट ‘स्थानीय व नियोजन नीति’ तत्काल बने। आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मियों (वर्ष 2000 से कार्यरत) का स्थायीकरण, आरक्षण नीति का शत-प्रतिशत क्रियान्वयन हो।
ई-कल्याण पोर्टल की समस्याओं का निवारण कर पात्र छात्र-छात्राओं को तुरंत छात्रवृत्ति राशि मुहैया कराई जाए तथा कल्याण मंत्री की जवाबदेही तय हो। इसके अलावा स्कूल-कॉलेजों में लागू जनविरोधी ‘क्लस्टर सिस्टम’ को तत्काल रद्द किया जाए।
