गिरिडीह : समाज के हर वर्ग को सम्मानजनक जीवन एवं समान अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की राज्य सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता के तहत गुरुवार को समाज कल्याण विभाग, गिरिडीह द्वारा नगर भवन में दिव्यांगजनों के बीच ट्राई साइकिल वितरण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान योजना विभाग अंतर्गत अनटाइड फंड से जिले के करीब 35 दिव्यांगजनों के बीच बैटरी चालित ट्राई साइकिल का वितरण किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ मंत्री, नगर विकास एवं आवास तथा उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, सुदिव्य कुमार एवं उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। तत्पश्चात मंत्री ने लाभुकों को बैटरी चालित ट्राई साइकिल प्रदान की।
ट्राई साइकिल प्राप्त करते ही दिव्यांगजनों के चेहरों पर प्रसन्नता और आत्मविश्वास की झलक स्पष्ट दिखाई दी। लाभुकों एवं उनके परिजनों ने राज्य सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
अपने संबोधन में मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक विकास एवं कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। दिव्यांगजनों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ना सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है।
उन्होंने कहा कि बैटरी चालित ट्राई साइकिल केवल एक वाहन नहीं, बल्कि दिव्यांगजनों के लिए सम्मान, आत्मनिर्भरता और नए अवसरों का माध्यम है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया कि पात्र लाभुकों को सरकार की सभी योजनाओं का लाभ समयबद्ध एवं पारदर्शी ढंग से उपलब्ध कराया जाए।
दिव्यांगजन सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित न रहें : डीसी
मौके पर उपायुक्त, रामनिवास यादव ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन दिव्यांगजनों के जीवन को अधिक सुगम एवं सम्मानजनक बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की योजनाएं लाभुकों को दैनिक जीवन की गतिविधियों में स्वतंत्रता प्रदान करने के साथ-साथ शिक्षा, रोजगार एवं सामाजिक सहभागिता के नए अवसर उपलब्ध कराती हैं। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि प्रशासन का प्रयास है कि जिले में कोई भी पात्र दिव्यांगजन सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित न रहे।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान अधिकारियों ने दिव्यांगजनों को सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी तथा उन्हें इन योजनाओं का अधिकाधिक लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। इस अवसर पर महापौर श्रीमती प्रमिला मेहरा, उप विकास आयुक्त, श्रीमती स्मृता कुमारी, सांसद प्रतिनिधि (कोडरमा लोकसभा क्षेत्र), उप महापौर, सहित अन्य जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि एवं बड़ी संख्या में नागरिक उपस्थित थे।
