गिरिडीह : महाराष्ट्र विधान परिषद के उपसभापति रहे सचिन अहिर के मुंबई स्थित आवास में हुई ₹2 करोड़ 65 लाख की चोरी के मामले में महाराष्ट्र पुलिस और सीआईडी टीम ने गिरिडीह जिले के गावां प्रखंड के रहने वाले दो युवकों को गिरफ्तार किया है। पकड़े गये आरोपितों की निशानदेही पर मुंबई पुलिस ने बीते बुधवार देर शाम गावां स्थित आरोपियों के घर में छापेमारी कर थार वाहन, सोने के आभूषण और नकदी भी बरामद किया है।
जानकारी के अनुसार गिरफ्तार दोनों युवकों अमित कुमार और सतीश कुमार गावां थाना इलाके के पंडरिया निवासी हैं। दोनों को मुंबई पुलिस और सीआईडी की संयुक्त टीम ने चोरी के मामले में गिरफ्तार किया है।
दोनों युवक घरेलू कर्मी के रूप में कार्यरत थे
जांच एजेंसियों के मुताबिक, दोनों युवक पिछले तीन से चार वर्षों से उपसभापति के मुंबई स्थित आवास पर घरेलू कर्मी के रूप में कार्यरत थे। इसी दोनों ने परिवार का विश्वास हासिल किया। आरोप है कि इसी भरोसे का फायदा उठाकर दोनों ने कथित तौर पर करोड़ों रुपये की चोरी की घटना को अंजाम दिया। मामले में 22 जुलाई को मुंबई के वरली थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज होने के बाद जांच शुरू की गई थी।
बताया गया कि पूछताछ में मिले सुराग के आधार पर महाराष्ट्र सीआईडी की टीम आरोपितों को लेकर झारखंड कल के गावां पहुंची। टीम में एसआई योगेश खर्वरकर, अरुण घटकर, हवलदार अशोक पाटिल, समेत अन्य अधिकारी शामिल थे। पुलिस ने गावां क्षेत्र में की गई छापेमारी के दौरान एक थार वाहन, सोने के जेवरात और नकदी बरामद की है। जांच अधिकारियों का कहना है आगे की कार्रवाई में चोरी की रकम से खरीदी गई संभावित संपत्तियों और जमीन के संबंध में भी पड़ताल की जा रही है।
