उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में आयोजित किया मतदाता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम

गुमला: मतदाता सूची विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण ( सीआईआर – 2026) एवं मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान के तहत शनिवार को 68-गुमला विधानसभा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज, गुमला में निर्वाचन साक्षरता क्लब ( ईएलसी) के माध्यम से मतदाता जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का आयोजन उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, गुमला गुंजन कुमारी सिन्हा के नेतृत्व में किया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण कर चुके विद्यार्थियों का प्रपत्र-6 के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन मतदाता पंजीकरण कराया गया। साथ ही उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी द्वारा विद्यार्थियों को ECINET ऐप के माध्यम से प्रपत्र-6, प्रपत्र-7 एवं प्रपत्र-8 ऑनलाइन भरने की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी एवं प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। विद्यार्थियों को मतदाता सूची में नाम जोड़ने, नाम विलोपन तथा मतदाता सूची में आवश्यक सुधार एवं संशोधन की प्रक्रिया से अवगत कराया गया।

इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों को SIR-2026 के संबंध में भी आवश्यक जानकारी दी गई। उन्हें मतदाता सूची में अपना एवं अपने परिवार के सभी पात्र सदस्यों का नाम जांचने तथा किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि अथवा नाम छूटने की स्थिति में निर्धारित प्रपत्र के माध्यम से दावा एवं आपत्ति दर्ज कराने के लिए जागरूक किया गया।

उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने युवाओं को लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में सक्रिय भागीदारी के लिए प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण करने वाले प्रत्येक पात्र नागरिक का मतदाता के रूप में पंजीकरण आवश्यक है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से स्वयं मतदाता सूची में अपना नाम सुनिश्चित करने के साथ-साथ अपने परिवार एवं आसपास के पात्र युवाओं को भी मतदाता पंजीकरण के लिए जागरूक करने की अपील की।

कार्यक्रम में जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय में कार्यरत शेखर कुमार गुप्ता, एचडीएम , प्रमोद साहू, एचडीएम एवं शशिकांत भारती, एचडीएम सहित पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज के शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
