गुमला में स्थायी ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए प्रखंड स्तरीय कैंप का आयोजन: जानें आपके क्षेत्र में कब लगेगा शिविर

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए परिवहन विभाग, झारखंड सरकार के निर्देशानुसार प्रखंड स्तर पर स्थायी ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (डीएल) टेस्ट कैंप का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, गुमला ने इस संबंध में एक विस्तृत प्रखंडवार रोस्टर (समय-सारणी) जारी कर दिया है। इससे पूर्व आम जनता की सुविधा के लिए पंचायत स्तर पर विशेष लर्नर लाइसेंस शिविर लगाए गए थे। अब उन सभी योग्य आवेदकों के लिए यह विशेष कैंप लगाया जा रहा है, जिनका लर्नर लाइसेंस (एल एल) बने हुए कम-से-कम एक महीना (30 दिन) पूरा हो चुका है। प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए प्रशासन ने पूरी रूपरेखा तैयार कर ली है।

प्रखंडवार शिविर की तिथियां और समय
शिविर के आयोजन को लेकर जारी रोस्टर के अनुसार, 11 अगस्त 2026 को रायडीह के प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में सुबह 10:30 से 11:30 बजे तक और गुमला के बस डिपो, दुन्दुरिया में दोपहर 02:00 से 03:00 बजे तक कैंप लगेगा। 19 अगस्त को डुमरी प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में सुबह 10:30 से 11:30 बजे तक तथा चैनपुर प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में दोपहर 02:30 से 03:30 बजे तक ड्राइविंग टेस्ट लिया जाएगा। इसी प्रकार, 22 अगस्त को घाघरा में सुबह 10:30 से 11:30 बजे तक और विशुनपुर में दोपहर 02:30 से 03:30 बजे तक संबंधित प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसरों में शिविर आयोजित होंगे।
इसके अलावा, 27 अगस्त को सिसई में सुबह 10:30 से 11:30 बजे तक और भरनो में दोपहर 02:30 से 03:30 बजे तक प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में कैंप लगेंगे। 29 अगस्त को पालकोट (सुबह 10:00 से 11:00 बजे), बसिया (दोपहर 12:30 से 01:30 बजे) और कामडारा (दोपहर 02:30 से 03:30 बजे) के प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसरों में टेस्ट का आयोजन होगा। अंतिम कैंप 01 सितंबर 2026 को जारी प्रखंड मुख्यालय परिसर में सुबह 11:30 से दोपहर 12:30 बजे तक लगाया जाएगा।
ऑनलाइन स्लॉट बुकिंग और जरूरी दस्तावेज अनिवार्य
जिला परिवहन कार्यालय द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार, कैंप में शामिल होने के लिए ऑनलाइन स्लॉट बुकिंग अनिवार्य कर दी गई है। जिन आवेदकों का लर्नर लाइसेंस जारी हुए एक महीना हो चुका है, वे सारथी पोर्टल (sarathi.parivahan.gov.in) पर जाकर अपने ब्लॉक कैंप के लिए ऑनलाइन स्लॉट बुक कर सकते हैं और निर्धारित सरकारी शुल्क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर सकते हैं। यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि बिना स्लॉट बुक किए किसी भी परिस्थिति में ड्राइविंग टेस्ट नहीं लिया जाएगा।
टेस्ट के दिन आवेदकों को अपने साथ मूल (Original) लर्नर लाइसेंस, ऑनलाइन आवेदन की पावती, स्लॉट बुकिंग की रसीद, शुल्क भुगतान रसीद और दो पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो लाना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके साथ ही, टेस्ट देने वाली गाड़ी, वाहन का आर.सी. (RC) और इंश्योरेंस पेपर भी साथ लाना आवश्यक है।
लाइसेंस प्राप्ति की पूरी प्रक्रिया
कैंप में ड्राइविंग टेस्ट मोटर व्हीकल इंस्पेक्टर ( एमवीआई ) के समक्ष वाहन चलाकर देना होगा। परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने पर आवेदक का स्थायी लाइसेंस स्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा। झारखंड राज्य के लिए निर्धारित अंतिम चरण के तहत, आवेदकों को स्वीकृति के पश्चात संबंधित वेबसाइट (jhdlrcpayment.rosmertatech.com) पर जाकर डीएल प्रिंट का शुल्क जमा करना होगा। शुल्क जमा होने के बाद आवेदक अपने संबंधित क्षेत्रीय परिवहन कार्यालय ( आरटीओ ) से मुद्रित ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ने सभी प्रखंड विकास अधिकारियों और अंचल अधिकारियों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे जन प्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से इस सूचना का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार कराएं ताकि योग्य आवेदक समय पर स्लॉट बुक कर टेस्ट में भाग ले सकें।
