गुमला। चुनावी बिगुल भले ही आधिकारिक तौर पर न बजा हो, लेकिन गुमला जिले के गुमला, सिसई और बिशुनपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में सियासी सरगर्मी तेज हो चुकी है। चुनावी शतरंज की बिसात बिछने लगी है, खिलाड़ी मैदान में उतरने लगे हैं और हर दल अपनी जीत का दावा कर रहा है। आने वाले दिनों में समीकरण बनेंगे, बिगड़ेंगे और कई नए राजनीतिक चेहरे भी मैदान में नजर आ सकते हैं।

राष्ट्रीय दल भारतीय जनता पार्टी, कांग्रेस और झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा समेत विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों में चुनाव को लेकर तैयारियां शुरू हो गई हैं। बैठकों, संपर्क अभियानों और अंदरूनी रणनीति पर चर्चा का दौर तेज है। हर पार्टी दूसरे को मात देने के लिए अपने-अपने समीकरण तैयार करने में जुटी है।

जातीय समीकरण से लेकर विकास के मुद्दे तक

चुनावी मैदान में इस बार भी जातीय समीकरण अहम भूमिका निभा सकते हैं। राजनीतिक दल अपने-अपने सामाजिक समीकरण को मजबूत करने में जुटेंगे। वहीं, भाजपा केंद्र सरकार की उपलब्धियों, विकास कार्यों और केंद्र की योजनाओं को चुनावी मुद्दा बना सकती है।

दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस और झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा राज्य सरकार के कामकाज और स्थानीय मुद्दों को लेकर जनता के बीच जाने की तैयारी में हैं। ऐसे में चुनावी मैदान में विकास, सरकार की उपलब्धियां, स्थानीय समस्याएं और सामाजिक समीकरण सभी एक साथ दिखाई दे सकते हैं।

‘बटोगे तो कटोगे’ से ‘शाम अस्त, झारखंड मस्त’ तक

चुनावी माहौल में नारों और राजनीतिक बयानों की भी अपनी भूमिका होती है। अलग-अलग दल अपने-अपने मुद्दों और नारों के जरिए मतदाताओं तक पहुंच बनाने की कोशिश करेंगे। इसी क्रम में ‘बटोगे तो कटोगे’ जैसे नारों से लेकर जातीय गोलबंदी और स्थानीय राजनीतिक मुद्दों तक की चर्चा तेज होने की संभावना है।

वहीं, झारखंड की राजनीति में चुनाव के दौरान शराब और उससे जुड़ी राजनीति को लेकर भी बहस होती रही है। इसी संदर्भ में ‘शाम अस्त, झारखंड मस्त’ जैसी चर्चित राजनीतिक कहावतों का इस्तेमाल भी चुनावी माहौल में सुनाई दे सकता है।

दलों के अंदर ही बन रहे दो खेमे

चुनाव से पहले सबसे बड़ी चुनौती सिर्फ विपक्षी दलों से नहीं, बल्कि पार्टियों के भीतर से भी दिखाई दे रही है। कई दलों में कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच अलग-अलग गुट बनने की चर्चा है। टिकट को लेकर दावेदारी बढ़ने के साथ ही अंदरूनी खींचतान भी तेज हो सकती है।

ऐसे में भीतरघात की आशंका से राजनीतिक दलों की चिंता बढ़ सकती है। भाजपा हो, कांग्रेस हो, झामुमो हो या कोई अन्य दल—टिकट की घोषणा के बाद असंतुष्ट नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं को अपने साथ बनाए रखना सभी के लिए चुनौती होगी।

पाला बदलने का खेल भी रहेगा जारी

चुनाव नजदीक आने के साथ नेताओं और कार्यकर्ताओं के एक दल से दूसरे दल में जाने का सिलसिला भी तेज हो सकता है। कौन किस खेमे में जाएगा और किसके साथ खड़ा होगा, इसे लेकर अभी से राजनीतिक अटकलें शुरू हो गई हैं।

कई नेता और संभावित प्रत्याशी अपनी राजनीतिक जमीन मजबूत करने में जुटे हैं। ऐसे में आने वाले दिनों में कुछ नए चेहरे अचानक चुनावी मैदान में उतरते नजर आ सकते हैं, तो कुछ पुराने चेहरों के सामने टिकट और पार्टी समर्थन को लेकर चुनौती खड़ी हो सकती है।

अभी दिल्ली दूर है, लेकिन गुमला में खेल शुरू

फिलहाल चुनाव में समय है, लेकिन गुमला की तीनों विधानसभा सीटों पर राजनीतिक गतिविधियां लगातार बढ़ रही हैं। हर दल अपनी ताकत और कमजोरियों का आकलन कर रहा है। कोई सामाजिक समीकरण साधने में जुटा है तो कोई विकास के मुद्दे को धार देने की तैयारी में है।

चुनावी शतरंज में अभी कई चालें बाकी हैं। कई समीकरण बनेंगे, कई टूटेंगे और कई नए गठजोड़ भी सामने आ सकते हैं। किसकी रणनीति सफल होती है और किसके अपने ही मोहरे रास्ते में चुनौती बन जाते हैं, यह आने वाला समय बताएगा।

फिलहाल इतना तय है कि गुमला, सिसई और बिशुनपुर की सियासत में चुनावी तापमान बढ़ना शुरू हो चुका है। अब देखना होगा कि चुनावी मैदान में किसके पास कितना दम है और कौन अपनी सियासी बाजी को जीत में बदल पाता है।
