गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: उपायुक्त ने सुनी लोगों की समस्याएं, अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्रवाई का निर्देश

गुमला। जिले के आम लोगों की समस्याओं को सीधे सुनने और उनके समाधान के लिए समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया गया। उपायुक्त दिलीपेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में जिले के अलग-अलग प्रखंडों से पहुंचे लोगों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत समस्याओं के साथ-साथ जनहित से जुड़े मामलों को लेकर आवेदन सौंपे।

उपायुक्त ने एक-एक कर आवेदकों की समस्याएं सुनीं और संबंधित अधिकारियों को मामलों की जांच कर नियमों के तहत जल्द और समयबद्ध कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

शिक्षा से लेकर अतिक्रमण तक कई मामले पहुंचे

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान अलग-अलग तरह की समस्याएं प्रशासन के सामने रखी गईं। एक मामले में विद्यालय में शिक्षक के प्रतिनियोजन के कारण पढ़ाई प्रभावित होने की शिकायत की गई।

वहीं, उग्रवादी हिंसा में मृत व्यक्ति के आश्रित को अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी देने की मांग भी उपायुक्त के सामने रखी गई। घाघरा में अतिक्रमण हटाने और शौचालय से जुड़ी समस्या, बिशुनपुर बाजार में शेड की मरम्मत और नाली निर्माण तथा पालकोट में भूमि विवाद और कथित अतिक्रमण के मामले भी सामने आए।

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को सभी मामलों की वास्तविक स्थिति की जांच करने और नियमानुसार आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया।

भूमि विवाद, पेंशन और आवास से जुड़े आवेदन भी आए

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे लोगों ने भूमि विवाद, राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, पेयजल और बिजली आपूर्ति जैसी समस्याओं को लेकर भी आवेदन दिए।

इसके अलावा सड़क निर्माण, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं, जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण-पत्र, रोजगार और मुआवजा भुगतान से जुड़े मामलों को भी प्रशासन के समक्ष रखा गया।

‘शिकायतों का निष्पक्ष और समय पर समाधान प्राथमिकता’

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम लोगों और जिला प्रशासन के बीच सीधे संवाद का महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम है। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों से प्राप्त शिकायतों और आवेदनों का निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और समयबद्ध निस्तारण प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि शिकायतों के समाधान में अनावश्यक देरी न हो और पात्र लोगों को सरकारी योजनाओं एवं सुविधाओं का लाभ नियमानुसार उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी और संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। प्रशासन की ओर से अधिकारियों को प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों पर गंभीरता से जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
