गुमला में SIR-2026 को लेकर सभी बूथों पर विशेष शिविर, दावों-आपत्तियों और दस्तावेजों का हो रहा सत्यापन

गुमला: भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार मतदाता सूची विशेष पुनरीक्षण (SIR) 2026 के तहत गुमला जिले के सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर विशेष शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। इन शिविरों में प्रारूप मतदाता सूची से जुड़ी विसंगतियों के निराकरण, मतदाताओं के दावों एवं आपत्तियों की सुनवाई और आवश्यक दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जा रहा है।

सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर नामित नोडल पदाधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में बीएलओ और संबंधित पदाधिकारी-कर्मी सुबह 10 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक शिविर में मतदाताओं से जुड़े मामलों की सुनवाई कर रहे हैं। इस दौरान SIR-2026 के तहत जारी नोटिस का तामिला कराने के साथ दावों और आपत्तियों के समर्थन में आवश्यक दस्तावेज भी लिए जा रहे हैं।

इसी क्रम में सोमवार को रायडीह प्रखंड के सीलम पंचायत भवन में विशेष शिविर लगाया गया। नामित नोडल पदाधिकारी ललन कुमार रजक की उपस्थिति में मतदाताओं के मामलों की सुनवाई की गई और दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया गया। प्राप्त दस्तावेजों और सत्यापन से जुड़ी कार्रवाई को निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत ऑनलाइन अपलोड किया जाएगा।

4 सितंबर तक दर्ज किए जा सकेंगे दावे-आपत्तियां

SIR-2026 के तहत प्रारूप मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन 5 अगस्त 2026 को किया गया था। इसके बाद दावा एवं आपत्ति दर्ज करने की अवधि 5 अगस्त से 4 सितंबर 2026 तक निर्धारित है। वहीं मतदाता सूची में विसंगतियों और मैपिंग नहीं होने से जुड़े मामलों में नोटिस जारी करने एवं सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया 5 अगस्त से 3 अक्टूबर 2026 तक चलेगी।

प्राप्त दावों और आपत्तियों का निस्तारण निर्धारित अवधि में किया जाएगा, जबकि अंतिम मतदाता सूची का प्रकाशन 7 अक्टूबर 2026 को निर्धारित है।

जिले में 2,11,373 नोटिस केस चिह्नित

जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, गुमला जिले के तीनों विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में SIR-2026 के तहत कुल 2,11,373 नोटिस केस चिह्नित किए गए हैं। इनमें 67-सिसई विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 72,285, 68-गुमला में 66,956 और 69-विशुनपुर में 72,132 मामले शामिल हैं। ये मामले कुल 1,019 बूथ/भाग से जुड़े हैं।

चिह्नित मामलों में 1,73,929 विसंगतियां, 29,698 नो मैपिंग और 7,746 लंबित सत्यापन (पेंडिंग DSC) के मामले शामिल हैं। निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत इन मामलों में मतदाताओं से आवश्यक दस्तावेज लेकर उनका सत्यापन और ऑनलाइन अपलोड किया जा रहा है।

नोटिस मिलने पर दस्तावेज के साथ पहुंचे मतदाता

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त गुमला दिलीश्वर महतो ने SIR-2026 के तहत नोटिस प्राप्त करने वाले मतदाताओं से निर्धारित तिथि और समय पर संबंधित शिविर या सुनवाई स्थल पर पहुंचने की अपील की है। उन्होंने कहा कि दावों और आपत्तियों के समयबद्ध निस्तारण के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज साथ लाना जरूरी है।

प्रपत्र-6 से जुड़े मामलों में अनुबंध-IV घोषणा पत्र, आयु अथवा पता संबंधी प्रमाण और पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो आवश्यक है। वहीं प्रपत्र-7 और प्रपत्र-8 से संबंधित मामलों में नियमानुसार आवश्यक नोटिस और दस्तावेजों के आधार पर सुनवाई की जाएगी।

सुनवाई के दौरान निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी, सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी अथवा अतिरिक्त सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी द्वारा बीएलओ की रिपोर्ट, उपलब्ध दस्तावेज और अन्य साक्ष्यों के आधार पर नियमानुसार निर्णय लिया जाएगा। इसके बाद आवश्यक दस्तावेज और कार्रवाई को बीएलओ एप के माध्यम से अपलोड किया जाएगा।

वहीं सुनवाई में अनुपस्थित रहने वाले मतदाताओं को नियमानुसार एक और अवसर प्रदान किया जाएगा। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने सभी प्रतिनियुक्त पदाधिकारियों और कर्मियों को निर्वाचन आयोग एवं मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, झारखंड द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए मामलों का समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी तरीके से निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है।
