गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित निबंधन कार्यालय के आसपास यह चर्चा का विषय बना रहा की गुमला सदर थाना स्थित गौस नगर के निवासी जीजा, ने अपनी पत्नी की बहन और रिश्ते में साली के रिश्ते में, एक टूवीस्ट तब आया जब जीजा ने अपनी साली को अपनी घरवाली बना लिया , जिसकी चर्चा गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में काफी चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है,और उक्त मामला चर्चा में है. साली ने अपने जीजा के साथ कोर्ट मैरिज करने और उसके द्वारा स्वंय के मांग में सिंदूर भरने का दावा किया है. उक्त मामला सामने आते ही, बवाल मच गया और बाद – विवाद काफी बढ़ गया और बात थाने तक पहुंच गई.

बताया जा रहा है कि उक्त जीजा और साली के बीच चल रहे रिश्ते की जानकारी परिवार के किसी अन्य सदस्यों को नहीं थी. शुक्रवार को जब पत्नी को उक्त जानकारी मिली, तो घर में विवाद प्रारंभ हो गया. पत्नी ने रिश्ते की बहन उक्त साली को घर से बाहर निकाल दिया. इसके बाद साली थाना पहुंची और खुद को अपने जीजा की पत्नी बताते हुए न्याय की गुहार लगा रही है, दूसरे तरफ
जीजा ने स्वीकार की उक्त शादी की बात

मामला थाने पहुंचने के बाद पुलिस ने दोनों पति और पत्नी को बुलाकर गहराई से पूछताछ की. पूछताछ के दौरान पति ने कथित तौर ( पत्नी और साली ) दोनों महिलाओं को पत्नी के रूप में स्वीकार करते हुए उन्हें साथ रखने की बात कही. इसके बाद पत्नी ने दूसरी शादी के फैसले का विरोध किया और अपने वैवाहिक रिश्ते को बचाने की बात कही.

अलग-अलग घर में रखने का प्रस्ताव

विवाद को शांत कराने के लिए समझाने-बुझाने का प्रयास किया गया. बताया जाता है कि पति ने पत्नी को अपने घर में और साली को अलग किराये के मकान में रखने का प्रस्ताव भी दिया. हालांकि, साली इस प्रस्ताव से सहमत नहीं हुई. उसका कहना था कि वह अपने जीजा के साथ कोर्ट मैरिज की है और जीजा ने उसकी मांग में सिंदूर भरा है. इसलिए वह अपने कथित पति के साथ उसी के घर में रहना चाहती है.

वहीं पत्नी अपने वैवाहिक रिश्ते को खत्म करने के पक्ष में नहीं है.और वह अपने पति के साथ अपना रिश्ता बनाए रखना चाहती है. घंटों चले मैराथन मान मनवल और समझाने-बुझाने का दौर चला थाने में काफी देर तक पति, पत्नी और साली के बीच समझाने-बुझाने का प्रयास चलता रहा. फिर भी उक्त मामला किसी निष्कर्ष पर नहीं पहुंचा और अंततः बिना निर्णय के उक्त मामला समाप्त हो गया और बाद में उक्त तीनों – पति-पत्नी और साली अपने – अपने बातों पर अड़ते हुए घर लौट गए.

मामला शहर में चर्चा का विषय

फिलहाल मामला शहर में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है. पत्नी अपने वैवाहिक रिश्ते को बचाने की कोशिश में है, जबकि साली खुद को जीजा की पत्नी बताते हुए उसके साथ रहने की मांग कर रही है. पति दोनों को साथ रखने की बात कह रहा है.
मामले में सामने आए दावों की कानूनी स्थिति और आगे की कार्रवाई पुलिस जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट हो सकेगी
