अब गांव की दीदियां सिर्फ बचत नहीं, कारोबार भी बढ़ाएंगी; गुमला में उद्यम संवर्धन कार्यक्रम शुरू

गुमला: गांव की महिलाओं के छोटे-छोटे कारोबार को अब प्रशिक्षण, बाजार और वित्तीय सहयोग के जरिए आगे बढ़ाने की तैयारी शुरू हो गई है। गुमला में झारखंड उद्यम संवर्धन कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई है। इसका फोकस ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं के नेतृत्व वाले उद्यमों को मजबूत करना और उन्हें व्यवस्थित तरीके से आगे बढ़ाने में मदद करना है।

जिला उपायुक्त सभागार में झारखंड राज्य आजीविका संवर्धन सोसाइटी और भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान इनक्यूबेशन एंड मेंटरशिप इनिशिएटिव के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ हुआ। मौके पर उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण बाड़ा, जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष संयुक्ता सिंह समेत अन्य अधिकारी और प्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे।

कारोबार शुरू करने से लेकर बाजार तक मिलेगा साथ

कार्यक्रम के तहत ग्रामीण महिला उद्यमियों को केवल व्यवसाय शुरू करने तक सीमित सहयोग नहीं मिलेगा, बल्कि उसे आगे बढ़ाने के लिए भी अलग-अलग स्तर पर मदद उपलब्ध कराने की व्यवस्था की जा रही है।

इसमें क्षमता निर्माण, विशेषज्ञ मार्गदर्शन, वित्तीय सहायता, शून्य प्रतिशत ब्याज वाला आसान ऋण, बाजार से जुड़ाव, उत्पाद की पहचान और पैकेजिंग जैसी सुविधाओं से उद्यमियों को जोड़ने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

यानी किसी ग्रामीण महिला के पास उत्पाद है तो उसके सामने अगला सवाल बाजार, पैकेजिंग या कारोबार को व्यवस्थित करने का है—कार्यक्रम में इन्हीं जरूरतों के हिसाब से सहयोग उपलब्ध कराने पर जोर दिया गया है।

गुमला के सफल मॉडल से नए कारोबार को बढ़ाने पर जोर

कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित उद्यमों की सराहना की। उन्होंने रागी प्रसंस्करण इकाई और कस्तूरी उत्पाद जैसी गतिविधियों का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि जिले में जो उद्यम बेहतर तरीके से चल रहे हैं, उनसे सीख लेकर इसी तरह के नए कारोबार को बढ़ावा दिया जाना चाहिए।

उन्होंने महिला उद्यमियों से उपलब्ध अवसरों का बेहतर इस्तेमाल करने के साथ उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता और पैकेजिंग सुधारने तथा बाजार की मांग को समझकर कारोबार विकसित करने पर जोर दिया।

गुमला की जरूरत से निकलेंगे नए बिजनेस आइडिया

उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन ने स्थानीय जरूरतों और उपलब्ध संभावनाओं के आधार पर नए उद्यम विकसित करने की बात कही।

उन्होंने गुमला आने वाले पर्यटकों और अन्य आगंतुकों की जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए घर में ठहरने की सुविधा, दोपहिया वाहन किराया सेवा और भोजनालय सेवा जैसे स्थानीय सेवा आधारित उद्यमों की संभावनाओं पर चर्चा की।

वहीं जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण बाड़ा ने महिला उद्यमिता को आगे बढ़ाने और सरकार व संस्थागत स्तर पर उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का बेहतर उपयोग करने के लिए उद्यमी दीदियों को प्रोत्साहित किया।

गांव तक पहुंचेगा विशेषज्ञों का सहयोग

कार्यक्रम में केंद्र और सहयोग केंद्र आधारित व्यवस्था की जानकारी भी दी गई। रांची में स्थापित केंद्रीय केंद्र और राज्य के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में विकसित किए जाने वाले सहयोग केंद्रों के जरिए विशेषज्ञ मार्गदर्शन, साझा सेवाओं और स्थानीय सहयोग को जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तर तक पहुंचाने की परिकल्पना की गई है।

इसके जरिए ग्रामीण उद्यमों में नवाचार, नई तकनीक, व्यवसाय प्रबंधन और बाजार से जुड़ाव को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर दिया जाएगा। स्थानीय संसाधनों और संभावनाओं के आधार पर नए कारोबार विकसित करने की दिशा में भी काम किया जाएगा।

उद्यमी दीदियों को बताई गई पूरी प्रक्रिया

कार्यक्रम में जिले के अलग-अलग प्रखंडों से आई उद्यमी दीदियों के साथ बैंक सखी, सामुदायिक संसाधन व्यक्ति-उद्यम संवर्धन, व्यवसाय विकास सेवा प्रदाता तथा जिला और प्रखंड स्तर के पदाधिकारी शामिल हुए।

भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान इनक्यूबेशन एंड मेंटरशिप इनिशिएटिव से अश्रुता सिंह और आलोक रंजन ने प्रतिभागियों को कार्यक्रम की अवधारणा, उद्देश्य, कार्यप्रणाली और उपलब्ध सुविधाओं की जानकारी दी।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक शैलेन्द्र जरिका ने किया। अंत में उन्होंने सभी अतिथियों, पदाधिकारियों और प्रतिभागियों के प्रति आभार जताया।
