कोरवा किसानों समेत 173 ने सीखी मशरूम की खेती, उत्पादन से लेकर बाजार तक की दी गई जानकारी

गुमला: खेती में नई संभावनाएं तलाश रहे गुमला के किसानों को अब मशरूम उत्पादन की तकनीक से भी जोड़ा जा रहा है। जिला उद्यान कार्यालय की ओर से उद्यान विकास योजना के तहत आयोजित पांच दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में 173 किसानों ने मशरूम उत्पादन की तकनीक सीखी। इनमें आदिम जनजाति कोरवा समुदाय के 60 किसान भी शामिल रहे।

10 से 14 सितंबर तक चले इस प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन जिले के जारी प्रखंड के कुदर सकतार, कोमड़ो और चैनपुर के अलावा रायडीह प्रखंड के पीबो और कोबजा में किया गया।

कुदर सकतार में 46, कोमड़ो में 26, चैनपुर में 32, पीबो में 40 और कोबजा में 29 किसानों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। कुल 173 प्रशिक्षणार्थियों में जारी प्रखंड के 60 आदिम जनजाति यानी कोरवा किसान और अनुसूचित जनजाति एवं अन्य वर्गों के 113 प्रशिक्षणार्थी शामिल हुए।

मशरूम उगाने से लेकर इस्तेमाल तक की जानकारी

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान किसानों को सिर्फ मशरूम की खेती के बारे में जानकारी नहीं दी गई, बल्कि उत्पादन से जुड़ी पूरी प्रक्रिया समझाई गई। किसानों को बताया गया कि मशरूम क्या है, इसके कितने प्रकार हैं और इसके उत्पादन की जरूरत और फायदे क्या हैं।

इसके साथ ही मशरूम उत्पादन में इस्तेमाल होने वाली सामग्री, अलग-अलग उत्पादन पद्धतियों, मशरूम की पौष्टिकता और औषधीय गुणों के बारे में भी विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान किसानों को मशरूम उत्पादन की प्रायोगिक विधि भी बताई गई और उसका सफल प्रयोग कराया गया। समूह चर्चा और प्रस्तुतीकरण के जरिए किसानों को प्रशिक्षण में शामिल किया गया। कार्यक्रम में प्रार्थना, प्रेरणा गीत के साथ मशरूम जनित संगीत और नृत्य का भी आयोजन हुआ।

अब उत्पादन के साथ बाजार की समझ

मशरूम तैयार करने के बाद उसे बाजार तक पहुंचाना और उससे जुड़े उत्पाद तैयार करना भी किसानों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए एपीपी एग्रीगेट के निदेशक प्रभाकर कुमार ने किसानों को मशरूम के बाजारीकरण, मशरूम से बनने वाले उत्पादों के प्रसंस्करण और खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

प्रशिक्षण के बाद किसानों को सामग्री भी मिली

प्रशिक्षण के समापन पर कटिंग में जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी की ओर से किसानों को प्रमाण-पत्र के साथ बैग, स्प्रे और अन्य सामग्रियों का वितरण किया गया। वहीं, अन्य प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों पर प्रखंड प्रमुख, प्रधान, मुखिया और वार्ड सदस्यों के माध्यम से किसानों को सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई गई।

कार्यक्रम में कुदर की मुखिया चाहे मिंज, वार्ड सदस्य हीग्रमुनी देवी, कोबजा की प्रखंड प्रमुख ममता सो रेंग, मुखिया तारामीन सोरेंग, वार्ड सदस्य दुलारी केरकेट्टा, जमगई की वार्ड सदस्य सुक्रान्ती, प्रदान की कृति गुड़िया, नीतीन पाण्डेय और कातिंग के मुखिया मथुरा मिंज समेत अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।

प्रशिक्षण को सफल बनाने में डॉ. अनमोल कुमार, पूनम संगा, गजाला परवीन, अनोखा देवी, पिंकी देवी और नवीन कुमार पाण्डेय ने प्रशिक्षक के रूप में योगदान दिया।

पांच दिनों के इस प्रशिक्षण के जरिए किसानों को मशरूम उत्पादन की तकनीक के साथ उसके प्रसंस्करण और बाजार से जुड़ी संभावनाओं की जानकारी दी गई, ताकि वे इस क्षेत्र में आगे काम कर सकें।
