गुमला। जिले के युवाओं को बेहतर रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए कौशल प्रशिक्षण को स्थानीय जरूरत और बाजार की मांग के अनुसार तैयार करने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। इसे लेकर उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में शनिवार को जिला कौशल समिति की बैठक हुई। बैठक में कौशल प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ जिले में चल रहे कौशल विकास कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति और युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने के प्रयासों की समीक्षा की गई।

कौशल विकास योजना समय पर पूरा करने का निर्देश

बैठक में यूएनडीपी परियोजना सहायक, गुमला के प्रतिनिधि ने जिला कौशल विकास योजना को लेकर उपायुक्त को विस्तृत जानकारी दी। इस दौरान जिले में चल रहे विभिन्न कौशल प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों, प्रशिक्षण की वर्तमान स्थिति और युवाओं के लिए उपलब्ध अवसरों के बारे में जानकारी साझा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने जिला कौशल विकास योजना को तय समय-सीमा के भीतर पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

प्रशिक्षण के बाद रोजगार से जोड़ने पर फोकस

बैठक में प्रगति परियोजना की भी समीक्षा की गई। आईटीआई और जिला नियोजनालय के प्रतिनिधियों ने अपने-अपने विभागों की नवीनतम रिपोर्ट और प्रगति की जानकारी उपायुक्त को दी।

इस दौरान युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण देने, रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने और प्रशिक्षण पूरा कर चुके युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों पर चर्चा हुई।

होमस्टे प्रशिक्षण को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर

उपायुक्त ने स्थानीय युवाओं के लिए होमस्टे प्रशिक्षण को बढ़ावा देने पर विशेष जोर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में मौजूद पर्यटन और आर्थिक संभावनाओं से युवाओं को जोड़ा जाए तो आजीविका और स्वरोजगार के नए अवसर तैयार किए जा सकते हैं।

स्थानीय मांग के हिसाब से चुने जाएं प्रशिक्षण ट्रेड

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला कौशल विकास योजना में ऐसे प्रशिक्षण ट्रेडों को शामिल किया जाए, जिनकी स्थानीय स्तर पर मांग हो और जिनसे रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध हो सकें। साथ ही उद्योगों की जरूरत को भी ध्यान में रखने के निर्देश दिए गए।

उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने की स्थिति की भी प्रभावी निगरानी करने की जरूरत बताई।

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों और प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों को निर्देश दिया कि जिले की कौशल प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था को स्थानीय रोजगार की जरूरतों और उपलब्ध आर्थिक अवसरों से जोड़ा जाए। युवाओं को उनकी रुचि और बाजार की मांग के अनुसार व्यावहारिक, रोजगारपरक और गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराने पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया।
