गुमला के खेल छात्रावास में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का औचक निरीक्षण, भोजन और रसोई की जांच

गुमला। जिले में लोगों को स्वच्छ और मिलावटमुक्त खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने शहर में औचक निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया। इसी क्रम में टीम ने परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम स्थित आवासीय बालक एथलेटिक्स क्रीड़ा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र (खेल छात्रावास) का निरीक्षण किया। यहां खिलाड़ियों के लिए तैयार होने वाले भोजन की गुणवत्ता, रसोई की साफ-सफाई और खाद्य सामग्री के भंडारण की व्यवस्था देखी गई।

यह कार्रवाई उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी सह अभिहित अधिकारी डॉ. धनुर्जय सुम्ब्रई के नेतृत्व में की गई। जांच दल में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर और आशा राज शामिल रहे।

रसोई की साफ-सफाई पर विशेष ध्यान

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने रसोईघर में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों और साफ-सफाई की स्थिति की जांच की। रसोई में काम करने वाले कुक और अन्य स्टाफ को खाना बनाने और परोसने के दौरान एप्रन, ग्लव्स और हेड कैप पहनना अनिवार्य रूप से सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि भोजन तैयार करने और परोसने के दौरान स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए, ताकि खिलाड़ियों को सुरक्षित भोजन मिल सके।

मेन्यू के अनुसार पौष्टिक भोजन देने की हिदायत

खेल छात्रावास में खिलाड़ियों को तय मेन्यू के अनुसार पौष्टिक भोजन उपलब्ध कराने को लेकर भी निर्देश दिए गए। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि खिलाड़ियों को फल, दूध, अंडा, दाल, पनीर और हरी सब्जियां निर्धारित समय पर और अच्छी गुणवत्ता के साथ उपलब्ध कराई जाएं।

खिलाड़ियों के स्वास्थ्य और प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए भोजन की गुणवत्ता से किसी तरह का समझौता नहीं करने की हिदायत दी गई।

आगे भी जारी रहेगी औचक जांच

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया कि खेल छात्रावासों के साथ-साथ जिले के अन्य खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों में भी स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और स्वास्थ्यवर्धक भोजन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए औचक जांच का सिलसिला आगे भी जारी रहेगा।

विभाग की ओर से खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता और खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों के पालन पर लगातार निगरानी रखने की बात कही गई है।
