गुमला में नवसाक्षरों की आकलन परीक्षा, 5 हजार से अधिक प्रतिभागियों ने लिया हिस्सा

गुमला: जिले में उल्लास, नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के तहत नवसाक्षर व्यक्तियों की आकलन परीक्षा आयोजित की गई। जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों और 100 संकुल क्षेत्रों के विभिन्न विद्यालयों में बने जन चेतना केंद्रों पर हुई परीक्षा में पांच हजार से अधिक नवसाक्षरों ने हिस्सा लिया।

इस आकलन का उद्देश्य नवसाक्षरों में विकसित हुए बुनियादी साक्षरता कौशल का मूल्यांकन करना था। परीक्षा में प्रतिभागियों की पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता, सरल गणना और संख्यात्मक योग्यता को परखा गया। इसके अलावा दैनिक जीवन से जुड़े सामान्य ज्ञान, व्यवहारिक समझ और जरूरी जीवनोपयोगी जानकारी से संबंधित सवाल भी शामिल रहे।

औपचारिक शिक्षा से वंचित वयस्कों तक पहुंचाने का प्रयास

गुमला आदिवासी बहुल जिला है और यहां साक्षरता बढ़ाने के लिए अलग-अलग स्तरों पर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। उल्लास, नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के जरिए ऐसे वयस्कों तक शिक्षा पहुंचाने की कोशिश की जा रही है, जो किसी कारण से औपचारिक शिक्षा हासिल नहीं कर सके।

बदलते सामाजिक परिवेश और शिक्षा के प्रति बढ़ती जागरूकता के साथ जिले में साक्षरता को लेकर सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम के तहत केवल अक्षर ज्ञान देने के बजाय नवसाक्षरों को रोजमर्रा की जरूरतों से जुड़ी जानकारी और व्यवहारिक समझ विकसित करने का भी प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य

गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि नव भारत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम केवल अक्षर ज्ञान तक सीमित नहीं है। इसके जरिए लोगों में जागरूकता, आत्मविश्वास और आत्मनिर्भरता बढ़ाने के साथ आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण और बेहतर जीवन स्तर की दिशा में काम किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के असाक्षर लोगों को साक्षर बनाकर उन्हें समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है।

सफल प्रतिभागियों को मिलेगा प्रमाण-पत्र

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने बताया कि आकलन परीक्षा में शामिल होकर निर्धारित मानकों को पूरा करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालयी शिक्षा संस्थान की ओर से प्रमाण-पत्र दिया जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि साक्षरता का मतलब सिर्फ पढ़ना-लिखना सीखना नहीं है। यह व्यक्ति को रोजमर्रा के फैसले खुद लेने, सरकारी योजनाओं और सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने तथा समाज में अधिक सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने में सक्षम बनाती है।

शिक्षा विभाग के कर्मियों ने संभाली व्यवस्था

परीक्षा के सफल संचालन के लिए जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक कार्यालय के साथ-साथ प्रखंड और संकुल स्तर के बीआरपी-सीआरपी, शिक्षा कर्मी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी और विभिन्न विद्यालयों के शिक्षक लगाए गए थे। सभी जन चेतना केंद्रों पर परीक्षा के लिए जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं और सहयोग सुनिश्चित किया गया।
