गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा को लेकर उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय परामर्शी समिति की अहम बैठक, एनालॉग या नॉन डेयरी पनीर एवं मिलावटी पनीर के निर्माण, भंडारण व बिक्री पर पूर्ण रोक के साथ आगामी त्योहारों में सघन जांच के निर्देश

गुमला:- गुमला जिला में, मुख्य सचिव, झारखंड सरकार एवं अपर मुख्य सचिव-सह-खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त के निर्देशानुसार उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय परामर्शी समिति की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक संपन्न हुई। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा का एक मजबूत और पारदर्शी पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र स्थापित करना है, जिससे आम जनता को शुद्ध, गुणवत्तापूर्ण और सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध हो सके।
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला गव्य विकास पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित अधिकारियों को अहम दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हुए जिले में दूध एवं पनीर निर्माता की सूचना अभिहित अधिकारी – सह – अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला को उपलब्ध कराने का आदेश दिया गया ताकि ससमय मिलावटी दूध या पनीर निर्माता एवं बिक्री करने वाले के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2006 के तहत् सख्त कार्रवाई किया जा सके।

बैठक में स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक ‘एनालॉग/नॉन-डेयरी/मिलावटी पनीर’ के निर्माण, भंडारण, बिक्री, आपूर्ति और उपयोग पर जिले में पूर्ण प्रतिबंध लगाने का निर्देश दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम, 2006 (FSS Act, 2006) के प्रावधानों के तहत मिलावटखोरों पर कड़ी कानूनी व प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए।

आगामी त्योहारों को देखते हुए मिठाई, दूध, पनीर, तेल, मसाला और अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष सतर्कता बरतने को कहा गया है। प्रशासन द्वारा बाजारों में नियमित सघन जांच, सतत निगरानी और विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान चलाए जाएंगे ताकि मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री पर पूरी तरह अंकुश लगाया जा सके।

उपायुक्त ने आम नागरिकों से भी सतर्क रहने की अपील की है। यदि किसी भी खाद्य पदार्थ में मिलावट, गुणवत्ता में कमी या कोई संदिग्ध गतिविधि नजर आती है, तो नागरिक ‘फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट’ ऐप के माध्यम से या अभिहित अधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, अथवा
खाद्य सुरक्षा कार्यालय, गुमला में सीधे शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
उपायुक्त ने चेतावनी दी है कि आम जनता के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाले व्यापारियों और मिलावटखोरों को किसी भी सूरत में बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से जिला खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, डीएसपी घुमल, एसीएमओ सहित अन्यास सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
