खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने अस्पताल परिसर स्थित नर्सिंग कौशल कॉलेज, गुमला की कैंटीन का किया औचक निरीक्षण, छात्राओं को दिए स्वच्छता व पोषण के टिप्स

गुमला : – गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित के नर्सिंग कौशल कॉलेज में शुक्रवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण सह जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया, उक्त निरीक्षण खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर एवं आशा राज ने संयुक्त रूप से किया। 

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने कॉलेज के छात्रावास एवं कैंटीन परिसर की साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था का बारीकी से मुआयना किया। अधिकारियों ने कैंटीन संचालक व कर्मियों को स्वच्छता मानकों का सख्ती से पालन करने की हिदायत दी। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि खाना पकाने और परोसने के दौरान सभी कर्मी अनिवार्य रूप से एप्रन, ग्लव्स और हेडगियर का उपयोग करें। इसके साथ ही परिसर में नियमित पेस्ट कंट्रोल कराने, रसोई कर्मियों की मेडिकल फिटनेस जांच कराने और पीने के पानी की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वाटर टेस्टिंग रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का कड़ा निर्देश दिया गया।

निरीक्षण के बाद अधिकारियों ने छात्रावास में रहने वाली छात्राओं को सुरक्षित व पौष्टिक खानपान को लेकर जागरूक किया। इस दौरान उन्हें खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़े प्रमुख पहलुओं की जानकारी दी गई पैकेटबंद उत्पादों की पहचान पैकेट पर बने लाल (मांसाहारी) और हरे (शाकाहारी) निशानों के बारे में विस्तार से समझाया गया। छात्राओं को फोर्टिफाइड फूड में उपस्थित सुक्ष्म पोषक तत्वों की महत्ता के साथ अंकित ‘+ F’ के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा की गयी। इसी क्रम में खाने पीने की पदार्थों में मिलावट यथा, ताजा अंडे की पहचान, हल्दी में रंग की मिलावट, खाद्य पदार्थों में औद्योगिक रंग की पहचान के साथ दूध एवं दूध उत्पादों में स्टार्च की मिलावट की पहचान के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा की गयी।

अधिकारियों ने छात्राओं एवं आम नागरिकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि यदि किसी भी खाद्य पदार्थ में मिलावट, गुणवत्ता में कमी या कोई संदिग्ध गतिविधि नजर आती है, तो वे जागरूक नागरिक की तरह इसकी शिकायत दर्ज कराएं। इसके लिए वे भारतीय खाद्य संरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण , ‘फूड सेफ्टी कनेक्ट’ ऐप का उपयोग कर सकते हैं अथवा सीधे खाद्य सुरक्षा कार्यालय, गुमला में संपर्क कर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। शिकायतों पर त्वरित संज्ञान लेकर नियमानुसार कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
