उप विकास आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में ग्रामीण रोजगार एवं आवास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

लंबित आवास किस्तों का भुगतान एक सप्ताह में पूर्ण करने तथा प्रति पंचायत 150 मजदूरों को कार्य से जोड़ने का निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला अनिमेष रंजन की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में वीबी-जी राम जी एवं आवास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में योजनाओं की प्रगति, मजदूरों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने, लंबित भुगतान, अभिलेखों के निष्पादन तथा आवास निर्माण कार्यों की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान वीबी-जी राम जी के अंतर्गत प्रति पंचायत मजदूरों को रोजगार से जोड़ने की समीक्षा करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त ने प्रत्येक पंचायत में 150 मजदूरों को कार्य से जोड़ने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने पंचायतों में संचालित बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना, अबुआ आवास योजना, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, तालाब निर्माण, मिट्टी-मुरम पथ एवं कूप निर्माण सहित सभी योजनाओं में कार्य की मांग सृजित करते हुए निर्धारित लक्ष्य शत-प्रतिशत प्राप्त करने का निर्देश दिया।

मनरेगा के अंतर्गत सामग्री मद एवं प्रशासनिक मद में उपलब्ध कराई गई राशि के विरुद्ध शत-प्रतिशत विपत्र तैयार कर कोषागार में जमा करने का निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि राशि का समयबद्ध व्यय सुनिश्चित करते हुए उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र संबंधित विभाग को उपलब्ध कराया जा सके। साथ ही, वीबी-जी राम जी के अंतर्गत मजदूरी मद में उपलब्ध राशि का नियमानुसार विपत्र तैयार कर कोषागार में जमा करने का निर्देश सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को दिया गया।

बिरसा सिंचाई कूप योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य मद से प्राप्त प्रति कूप 50 हजार रुपये की राशि का भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश सभी संबंधित प्रखंडों को दिया गया। वहीं, वीबी-जी राम जी के अंतर्गत सभी सक्रिय मजदूरों के जॉब कार्ड का ई-केवाईसी सत्यापन लंबित रहने पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने नाराजगी जताते हुए इसे आगामी 15 दिनों के भीतर शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण करने का निर्देश सभी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारियों को दिया।

आवास योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत किस्तों का भुगतान लंबित रहने पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने नाराजगी व्यक्त की। उन्होंने सभी लंबित किस्तों का भुगतान एक सप्ताह के भीतर सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अतिरिक्त, आवास निर्माण के विभिन्न चरणों तथा पूर्ण आवासों का लंबित भू-संदर्भित छायांकन कार्य शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ण करने का निर्देश सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों एवं प्रखंड आवास समन्वयकों को दिया गया।

उप विकास आयुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति, लंबित कार्यों का समयबद्ध निष्पादन तथा उपलब्ध राशि का नियमानुसार उपयोग सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने योजनाओं की प्रगति की नियमित निगरानी करते हुए कार्यों में अपेक्षित तेजी लाने पर जोर दिया।

बैठक में जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा के सहायक परियोजना पदाधिकारी, जिला आवास समन्वयक, सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, सहायक अभियंता तथा प्रखंड आवास समन्वयक सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
