शहर के सुनियोजित विकास एवं आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विस्तार को लेकर उपायुक्त ने किया विभिन्न स्थलों का निरीक्षण

शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने, जर्जर सड़कों के निर्माण एवं शहरी सुविधाओं के विस्तार को लेकर अधिकारियों ने किया स्थलीय आकलन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय के सुनियोजित विकास, आधारभूत संरचनाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं नागरिक सुविधाओं के विस्तार की दिशा में आज उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी दिलेश्वर महतो के नेतृत्व में जिले के वरीय प्रशासनिक एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों ने शहर के विभिन्न स्थलों का व्यापक क्षेत्र भ्रमण कर निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान शहर में उपलब्ध खाली पड़ी सरकारी जमीनों को चिह्नित कर उनके समुचित एवं जनोपयोगी इस्तेमाल की संभावनाओं का आकलन किया गया। साथ ही, भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं के प्रस्तावों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिस बिन ज़मा, उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी अखिलेश कुमार, नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला गव्य विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी गुमला सहित परिवहन विभाग एवं निर्वाचन विभाग की टीम के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में पर्यटन भवन के पीछे स्थित स्ट्रीट वेंडर मार्केट परिसर का जायजा लिया गया। यहां नए नगर भवन के निर्माण, नगर परिषद कार्यालय के लिए उपयुक्त स्थान, नगर परिषद के वाहनों के सुरक्षित रखरखाव तथा व्यवस्थित मार्केट निर्माण सहित विभिन्न योजनाओं को एकीकृत रूप से विकसित करने की संभावनाओं पर चर्चा की गई। संबंधित स्थलों की भौगोलिक स्थिति एवं उपलब्ध भूमि का आकलन करते हुए प्रस्तावित योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर आवश्यक बिंदुओं पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

इस क्रम में गुमला परिसदन भवन के सामने स्थित खाली सरकारी जमीन का भी निरीक्षण किया गया। उक्त भूमि पर विभिन्न प्रकार के सरकारी आवासों के निर्माण की संभावनाओं पर चर्चा हुई। वहीं, तिर्रा स्थित सरकारी भूमि का भी अधिकारियों ने अवलोकन किया तथा भूमि की उपलब्धता एवं स्थिति के अनुरूप उसके उपयुक्त उपयोग को लेकर विचार-विमर्श किया।

इसी क्रम में उपायुक्त एवं अन्य पदाधिकारियों ने सिसई रोड के पुग्गू स्थित करमडीपा में जरेडा की जमीन का निरीक्षण किया। यहां शहर की बढ़ती आवश्यकताओं को देखते हुए नए बस स्टैंड के निर्माण की संभावनाओं पर चर्चा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त असनी स्थित सरकारी जमीन का भी निरीक्षण कर उसके समुचित उपयोग से संबंधित पहलुओं का आकलन किया गया।

क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने, जर्जर सड़कों के निर्माण एवं मरम्मत, सार्वजनिक सुविधाओं के विस्तार तथा उपलब्ध सरकारी भूमि के बेहतर प्रबंधन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर भी चर्चा की गई। अधिकारियों ने विभिन्न स्थलों की वास्तविक स्थिति, पहुंच मार्ग, भूमि की उपलब्धता एवं भविष्य में प्रस्तावित योजनाओं की उपयोगिता का जायजा लिया।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो के नेतृत्व में किए गए इस क्षेत्र भ्रमण का मुख्य उद्देश्य शहर में अनुपयोगी पड़ी सरकारी जमीनों को चिह्नित कर उनका योजनाबद्ध एवं जनहित में उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना है। इसके माध्यम से गुमला शहर की वर्तमान आवश्यकताओं के साथ-साथ भविष्य में बढ़ती आबादी एवं शहरी सुविधाओं की मांग को ध्यान में रखते हुए विकास की दीर्घकालिक रूपरेखा तैयार करने की दिशा में पहल की जा रही है।

इस पहल से शहर के व्यवस्थित विस्तार, बेहतर यातायात प्रबंधन, प्रशासनिक सुविधाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण तथा नागरिकों को आवश्यक शहरी आधारभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए योजनाबद्ध कार्ययोजना तैयार करने में मदद मिलेगी।
