आधुनिक युग विज्ञान, तकनीक और अभियंत्रण का है. आज अनुसंधान के नवीन प्रयोगों से पृथ्वी की छाती छलनी की जा रही है. विज्ञान की प्रगति की अंधीदौड़ में मानव यह भी भूल गया है कि विश्व की उत्पत्ति के पूर्व अस्थिर व डगमगा रही पृथ्वी को आश्रयिणी के रूप में आदि शिल्पी विश्वकर्मा ने ही प्रस्थापित किया. पृथ्वी को स्थिर करने के लिए सभी देवताओं ने जब आदि गुरु शिल्पाचार्य भगवान विश्वकर्मा से गुहार लगाई तब उन्होंने प्रकम्पित पृथ्वी को आश्रय रूप प्रदान किया. विज्ञान और निर्माण के देवता विज्ञानेश्वर ने समग्र ब्रह्मांड को स्थिर कर प्रवत्तिमय विश्व के लिए अनेक परमाणुओं की रचना की. देवाधिदेव भगवान विश्वकर्मा को अखिल ब्रह्मांड का रचयिता माना जाता है. `विश्वकर्मा` शब्द से ही यह अर्थ ध्वनित होता है. स्कंद पुराण में उल्लेख है कि भगवान विश्वकर्मा सर्वज्ञ हैं.

विश्व के नवनिर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान

विश्वकर्मा जी के मुख से उत्पन्न पांचों पुत्र ब्राह्मण कहलाए तथा इनलोगों ने विश्वकर्मा जी से शिल्पशास्त्र की संपूर्ण विधाओं की विधिवत शिक्षा-दीक्षा ग्रहण की. इन पांचों पुत्र से उत्पन्न समग्र प्रजा ब्राह्मण हुई. पांचों मुखों से उत्पन्न होने के कारण ये पांचों पुत्र पांचाल के रूप में प्रसिद्ध हुए, तथा विश्व के नवनिर्माण तथा जीर्णोद्धार के लिए अद्भुत कार्य किए. कहते हैं कि जब आदि नारायण की आज्ञा से आदि ब्रह्म ने सृष्टि के निर्माण का कार्य प्रारंभ किया, तब अस्थिर पृथ्वी को स्थिर करने के लिए उन्होंने विश्वकर्मा जी से प्रार्थना की थी, उस समय विश्वकर्मा ने विराट रूप धारण कर डगमगाती पृथ्वी को स्थिर किया था. उसके बाद जब-जब देवताओं को आवश्यकता हुई, तब-तब उनकी प्रार्थना से विश्वकर्मा जी ने अनेक प्रकार की कलाओं का निर्माण किया. देवताओं के लिए आयुध, आभूषण, निवास स्थान, अलंकार, वाहन तथा विमान आदि का निर्माण उन्होंने ही किया.

देवताओं के प्रख्यात अभियंता कहलाए

पुराणों के अनुसार भगवान विश्वकर्मा देवताओं के प्रख्यात अभियंता स्वीकार किए गए हैं. उन्होंने देवताओं के राजा इंद्र के लिए अलकापुरी, कुबेर के लिए लंकापुरी, शिव के कैलाश तथा कृष्ण के अनुरोध पर विप्र सुदामा के लिए भव्य महल का निर्माण किया. उन्होंने युद्धिष्ठिर के लिए अद्भुत महल का निर्माण किया, जिसमें जल और जमीन में अंतर न कर पाने के कारण दुर्योधन को द्रौपदी द्वारा अपमानित होना पड़ा. भगवान विश्वकर्मा ने देवताओं के लिए अलौकिक संहारक तथा रक्षक आयुधों का निर्माण किया, जिसमें इंद्र का वज्र, विष्णु का सुदर्शन चक्र तथा गदा और शिव के त्रिशूल प्रमुख हैं. अपने अभियंत्रण कला-कौशल से त्रिपुरा सुर के संहार के लिए दिव्य, अस्त्र-शस्त्र का निर्माण किया. कुबेर का पुष्पक विमान जो इच्छानुसार निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर त्वरित गति से चला जाता था और पसर-सिकुड़ जाता था. इसी ज्ञानप्राप्ति तथा कार्यसिद्धि के निमित्त युग-युगांतर से उनकी पूजा-अर्चना की प्रथा आज भी हर धर्म-सम्प्रदाय के अनुयायी के बीच प्रचलित है.

समस्त धर्मों के देवता हैं देवशिल्पी

देवता असुरों के संहार के लिए भगवान विश्वकर्मा जी से अस्त्र-शस्त्र की मांग करते थे. लेकिन आदिमानव अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए स्वयं निर्मित हथियारों व औजारों से विकासक्रम की गति तेज करते गए. आदिमानव समूह का ही एक वर्ग संभवत: शिल्पशास्त्री की लौहसंहिता का अध्ययन कर नव-निर्माण की प्रक्रिया को गतिमान किया. यह समूह कर्मयोगी बनकर विश्व भ्रमण कर मानव समुदाय को कर्म ही पूजा कर्म ही देवता और कर्मकांड से अवगत कराया. इस तरह धीरे-धीरे तकनीकी अभियंत्रण कला के पारखी व नवीन शिल्पी रचनाकार अपनी सूझबूझ और तकनीकी दक्षता से कला-संस्कृति का दीप प्रज्ज्वलित किया. कहते हैं सम्यक सृष्टि और कर्म ही जिसका व्यापार है वही विश्वकर्मा है. इस तरह भगवान किसी विशेष धर्म या जाति के देवता नहीं हैं, वरण ये समस्त धर्मों के देवता हैं. इनकी अभ्यर्थना में धर्म-जाति का कोई बंधन नहीं हैं. जो लोग निर्माण या जीर्णोद्धार में लगे हैं, विश्वकर्मा जी उनके आराध्य देव हैं. इस दिन उद्योगों और फैक्ट्रियों में मशीनों की पूजा की जाती है। देवशिल्पी को दुनिया का पहला इंजीनियर और वास्तुकार के नाम से जाना जाता है। इस दिन उद्योगों, फैक्ट्रियों में मशीनों की पूजा अर्चना की जाती है।

श्रमिकों का त्योहार है विश्वकर्मा पूजा

कल-कारखानों में या गैरसरकारी प्रतिष्ठानों में हर जाति समुदाय के कामगार या श्रमिक उत्पादन या संयंत्रों के सुचारू रूप से रख-रखाव के लिए मालिक-मजदूर विश्वकर्मा जयंती के अवसर पर विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना करते हैं. वाणिज्य-व्यवसाय या छोटे उद्योग-धंधों में लगे लोग इस दिन विश्वकर्मा जी की आराधना कर अपनी कार्यशालाएं बंद रखते हैं. विश्वकर्मा पूजा श्रमिकों का त्योहार है. समस्त सृष्टि के रचयिता की शिल्प कला व ज्ञान रश्मि से आज जीवन तत्व इस पृथ्वी पर विद्यमान हैं. हमें शिल्पकला शिल्प समुदाय व शिल्पेश्वर के अस्तित्व को कायम रखना चाहिए, तभी अपना राष्ट्र प्रगति कर सकता है. आधुनिक युग में जापान और अमेरिका इसकी मिसाल है. आज हम तकनीकी और अभियंत्रण कला में इन देशों से काफी पीछे छूट गए हैं.

बिहार-झारखंड की पृष्ठभूमि पर आधारित फिल्म बनानेवाले प्रख्यात फिल्मकार प्रकाश झा की राजनीति फिल्म का एक संवाद है…राजनीति में मुर्दे गाड़े नहीं जाते, उन्हें जिंदा रखा जाता है ताकि टाइम आने पर वो बोल सकें। झारखंड के परिप्रेक्ष्य में इस संवाद को कुछ यूं बोला जा सकता है…राजनीति में मुद्दे भी जिंदा रखे जाते हैं ताकि टाइम आने पर जनमानस में उसका बेहतर इस्तेमाल किया जा सके. झारखंड की राजनीति में 20 साल बाद एक बार फिर 1932 के खतियान के मुद्दे को बड़ी चतुराई से उछाला गया है. यहां दिलचस्प बात ये है कि इसी साल विधानसभा के बजट सत्र के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने 1932 के खतियान को स्थानीयता का आधार बनाने को लेकर कानूनी पेंच में फंसने की बात कही थी. इसके बावजूद इस जटिल मुद्दे को हथियार बनाकर सियासी चाल चल दी गई है.
दिल्ली यात्रा का क्या सबब है?
इधर, मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन दिल्ली के अचानक दौरे पर सत्ता के गलियारे में कानाफूसी शुरू हो चुकी है. 15 सितंबर के घटनाक्रम को तेजी से बदले हैं. पहले राज्यपाल से मुलाकात और फिर उसके बाद दिल्ली की रवानगी. इस मुलाकात के घंटे भर भी नहीं बीते थे कि मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन दिल्ली कूच कर गए. सूत्र बताते हैं कि 1932 के खतियान आधारित स्थानीय नीति के मामले को लेकर कांग्रेस सहित दूसरे नेता सकते में हैं. कहा यह भी जा रहा है मंत्रिमंडल में बदलाव हो सकता है या फिर इस नीति के विरोध में कांग्रेस कोटे के कई नेता जो नाराज चल रहे हैं, उनमें से कुछ इस्तीफा भी दे सकते हैं. इस डैमेज को कंट्रोल करना हेमंत सोरेन के लिए टेढ़ी खीर भी साबित हो सकती है.

सीएम क्यों और कैसे पलट गए?
सवाल उठता है कि आखिर क्या कारण था कि 24 मार्च 22 को विधानसभा में बजट सत्र के दौरान हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा था राज्य में खतियान आधारित नियोजन नीति नहीं बनाई जा सकती है. जब भी खतियान आधारित नियोजन नीति बनेगी कोर्ट उसे खारिज कर देगा. सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य में जल्द ही नियोजन नीति बनेगी जो यहां की जनभावनाओं के अनुरूप होगी. इसके बावजूद सीएम अचानक क्यों पलटी मार गए? सरयू राय का कहना कि वर्तमान समय में 1932 का खतियान मांगना उचित नहीं है. पुराने खतियान मांगनेवाले को यह भी सोचना चाहिए कि 1932 का खतियान मांग रहे हैं. उस समय तो झारखंड था ही नहीं. अंग्रेज थे.1932 में यह हिस्सा (झारखंड) ओडिशा था जो 1956 में बंगाल में समाहित हो गया. उसके बाद बिहार में आ गया.

गीता कोड़ा के विरोध के मायने?
कांग्रेस की सांसद गीता कोड़ा और मधु कोड़ा का कहना है कि उन्हें 1932 के खतियान का विरोध नहीं है लेकिन कोल्हान में सर्वे का काम 1964 में हुआ है. यही हाल तो धनबाद बोकारो जमशेदपुर और रांची जिले का है. इन जिलों में बिहार के करीब 75 प्रतिशत लोग बसे हुए हैं. चूंकि इन जिलों में कई सार्वजनिक उपक्रम हैं. इसके कारण विभिन्न प्रांतों के लोग बहुतायत में बसे हुए हैं. उनकी दूसरी युवापीढ़ी की जन्मभूमि और कर्मभूमि यहीं है. वे कहां जाएंगे? झारखंड के ऐसे इलाकों की आबादी ढाई करोड़ से अधिक होगी. वे क्या करेंगे? ये बड़ा सवाल है. सवाल तो ये भी है कि किसी भी सरकार ने डोमिसाइल लागू करने से पूर्व सर्वदलीय बैठक तक नहीं बुलाती. जब सीएम ने विधानसभा में यह कहा कि बहुत जल्द नियोजन नीति बनाई जाएगी. इस नीति में 1932 का खतियान तो नहीं शामिल था. राजनीतिक दलों के अपने वोट बैंक हैं. वे अपना नफा-नुकसान देखकर ही विरोध या समर्थन करेंगे. वैसे जानकारों का मानना है कि झारखंड में नियोजन नीति का एक बार फिर बंटाधार होना तय है.
रघुवर की स्थानीय नीति भी फ्लॉप रही
झारखंड का ये भी दुर्भाग्य है कि 20 साल तक बीजेपी के अलावा, जेएमएम-कांग्रेस-आरजेडी की भी सरकार रही, लेकिन स्थानीय नीति पर कोई फैसला नहीं हो पाया। रघुवर दास ने 1985 को कट ऑफ डेट मान कर नीति बनाई. साल 2014 जब रघुवर दास के नेतृत्व में बीजेपी गठबंधन की सरकार बनी, तो रघुवर सरकार ने 2018 में राज्य की स्थानीयता की नीति घोषित कर दी। जिसमें 1985 के समय से राज्य में रहनेवाले सभी लोगों को स्थानीय माना गया। इस कट ऑफ डेट का जेएमएम समेत अन्य दलों ने विरोध किया। वहीं 2019 में सत्ता में आने पर सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने इसमें बदलाव का ऐलान कर दिया। हालांकि 1985 के कट ऑफ डेट के बावजूद जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने के लिए 1932 का खतियान मांगा जाता था.

लोबिन हेम्ब्रम का आक्रामक रुख
पिछले पांच सितंबर को विश्वासमत प्रस्ताव के दौरान 1932 के खतियान लागू करने की बात कही थी. अब इस मुद्दे को उभारकर सतह पर ला दिया गया है। झारखंड विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष रवीन्द्र नाथ महतो ने कहा है कि असली झारखंडी वही है जिसका 1932 के खतियान में नाम है। 1932 के खतियान को स्थानीयता का आधार बनाने को लेकर झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के भीतर भी काफी दबाव था। मोर्चा के एक वरिष्ठ विधायक लोबिन हेम्ब्रम ने इसे लेकर आक्रामक तेवर अख्तियार कर रखा है। वे इसपर मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की खिंचाई से भी बाज नहीं आ रहे थे।
सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों के खुलने से कई जिलों की स्थिति बदली
उल्लेखनीय है कि 1971 में कोयले के राष्ट्रीयकरण के पहले यहां खदानों का निजी मालिक हुआ करते थे। उन्होंने ही यूपी और बिहार से खदानों में काम करने के लिए लोगों को बुलाया, जो यहां बसते चले गए। फिर 1952 में सिंदरी उर्वरक कारखाना शुरू होने के बाद यहां काम करने के लिए बाहरी लोग आए और यहीं बस गए। शहरी क्षेत्रों में ऐसे लोगों की संख्या अधिक है। जमशेदपुर में तो पूरा शहर ही टाटा स्टील का हो जाएगा, क्योंकि 1932 में जमशेदपुर शहर की करीब 24 हजार बीघा जमीन का रैयतदार टाटा स्टील था। अगर 1932 का खतियान लागू हुआ तो शहर की पूरी जमीन का स्वामित्व टाटा स्टील का हो जाएगा। बस संथालपरगना में 1932 के खतियान को आधार नहीं बनाया जा सकेगा, क्योंकि वहां अंतिम सर्वे 1908 में हुआ था। जबकि राज्य के 80 फीसदी क्षेत्रों में 1932 में केडेस्ट्रल सर्वे हुआ था।

विस्थापन व पुनर्वास नीति अभी तक नहीं बनी
1932 के खतियान को आधार बनाने का मतलब यह है कि उस समय जिन लोगों का नाम खतियान में था, वे और उनके वंशज ही स्थानीय कहलाएंगे। उस समय जिनके पास जमीन थी, उसकी हजारों बार खरीद-बिक्री हो चुकी है। उदाहरण के तौर पर 1932 में अगर रांची जिले में 10 हजार रैयत थे तो आज उनकी संख्या एक लाख पार कर गई। अब तो सरकार के पास भी यह आंकड़ा नहीं है कि 1932 में जो जमीन थी, उसके कितने टुकड़े हो चुके हैं। जो लोग वर्षों से झारखंड में रह रहे हैं, लेकिन खतियान में नाम नहीं है, वे कई तरह की सरकारी सुविधाओं से वंचित हो जाएंगे। मसलन स्थानीय के लिए आरक्षित नौकरी या शैक्षणिक पाठ्यक्रमों में नौकरी के लिए आवेदन नहीं दे पाएंगे। स्थानीय के लिए शुरू होने वाली योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं उठा पाएंगे। वैसे इस राज्य का दुर्भाग्य है 22 साल में डोमिसाइल नीति के अलावा सीएनटी एक्ट, विस्थापन नीति और पुनर्वास नीति अभी तक नहीं बन पायी है. इस पर सरकार कब गौर करेगी, ये भी सबसे बड़ा सवाल है.

Cheetahs return to India after 70 years

Namibia’s Cheetah Conservation Foundation (CCF) team will travel with eight cheetahs from South Africa to Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park on Saturday. The cheetahs will be first flown to Jaipur and then to Kuno. They have been vaccinated, fitted with satellite collars, and are currently in isolation at CCF Centre in Otjiwarongo. The cheetahs were selected based on an assessment of health, wild temperament, hunting skills, and ability to contribute genetics that will result in a substantial founder population. The eight cheetahs include three males aged between 2-5 years and five females aged between 4.5 to 5 years.

The Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet is taking the eight cheetahs to India. The jet cabin has been modified to secure cages in the aircraft’s main cabin but will still allow vets to have full access to the cats during the flight. The customized jumbo aircraft is an ultra-long range jet capable of flying for up to 16 hours and so, can fly directly from Namibia to India without needing a stop to refuel. The flight will take off on 16 September, late at night. The cheetahs will fly overnight so that they will travel during the coolest hours of the day, arriving in Jaipur in the early morning. They will be landing in Jaipur on 17 September and on the same day they will be moved to Madhya Pradesh by helicopter. PM Narendra Modi will release the big cats into the Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh on his birthday on September 17.

Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh was chosen as the home of these cheetahs based on climatic conditions. Also, the trees, temperature, and weather of the park are very similar to the forests of Namibia. Apart from this, there is an ample amount of hunting and water arrangements for them in this national park. There is also a good number of chital, reindeer, and other herbivorous animals that cheetahs like to hunt.

India’s last cheetah died in Koriya, now in Chhattisgarh in 1948. The animal was declared extinct in India four years later. Cheetahs, one of the oldest big cat species with ancestors dating back to about 8.5 million years, were once widely dispersed throughout Asia and Africa. They now occupy less than nine percent of their historic range. Fewer than 7,500 cheetahs remain in the wild.

Kerala:The breakfast scheme for schools

The breakfast scheme for government school students from classes 1 to 5 was launched in Madurai on Thursday by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin, and he served and had food with the children.

Inaugurating the programme, Mr. Stalin said the scheme would bring beneficial change in the lives of the poor and billed the initiative as one that would earn a place in history.

Citing similar initiatives in the US and Europe, he said several studies have concluded that such breakfast programmes lead to improved learning skills and school attendance.

The vision of iconic leaders like Periyar E V Ramasamy, C N Annadurai, and M Karunanidhi was that nothing—be it poverty or caste—should be an obstacle to accessing education, he said.

Following in the footsteps of such leaders, Mr. Stalin said he experienced boundless joy when he was fulfilling their dreams.

In the early 1900s, when the Colonel Olcott School took shape in Chennai, it was social reformer Pandithar Iyothee Thassar who sowed the seeds of providing lunch to schoolchildren.

First, the noon meal scheme was launched in 1922 in a Chennai Corporation school by Mayor Pitti Theagarayar, a stalwart of the Justice Party, which was the precursor to the Dravidian movement, Mr. Stalin said.

Months ahead of independence, the British regime had put the noon meal scheme on hold, citing financial constraints.

Mr. Stalin claimed to have tracked the evolution of the lunch programme in Tamil Nadu since then.

During an inspection of government schools in Chennai, Mr. Stalin said he learned that many children came to schools without having their breakfast.

Considering such a scenario, he said students should not be taught when they are hungry and that is the reason for launching the breakfast scheme.

“The expenditure is 12.75 per child per day, and I am using the word expenditure in the administrative sense. This is not an expense. This is our government’s duty and my duty. I assure you that all steps will be taken for the phased extension of the scheme and its comprehensive implementation. Such programmes are neither “freebies” nor concessions; this is the duty and responsibility of the government, he said.

The key objectives of the scheme are to provide free of cost to children, prevent hunger and nutritional deficiency, and ensure enhancement of nutrients, besides easing the burden of working women.

The scheme, which has an allocation of 33.56 crore, will be implemented in a total of 1,545 schools, benefiting 1,14,095 students across the state. This is the first phase.

The chief minister launched the scheme at the Aadhimoolam Corporation Primary School in Madurai by serving breakfast to children, and he sat with them on the floor and had food along with them.

Mr. Stalin inspected the central kitchen at Nelpettai here and flagged off vehicles carrying food to various schools. He released a souvenir tracing the food programmes implemented in government-run schools in Tamil Nadu for about a century, and social activist Kamalathal received the first copy.

Supervisory committees comprised of officials from various government departments will monitor the implementation of the schemes at the state, district, and school levels.

Tamil Nadu’s top officials and elected representatives were in attendance, including Ministers Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi (School Education), E V Velu (Public Works), and K R Periyakaruppan (Rural Development).

नई दिल्ली में स्वामीनारायण अक्षरधाम अपनी लुभावनी भव्यता, सुंदरता, ज्ञान और आनंद में 10,000 साल की भारतीय संस्कृति का प्रतीक है। यह शानदार ढंग से भारत की प्राचीन वास्तुकला, परंपराओं और कालातीत आध्यात्मिक संदेशों के सार को प्रदर्शित करता है। अक्षरधाम का अनुभव मानव जाति की प्रगति, खुशी और सद्भाव के लिए भारत की गौरवशाली कला, मूल्यों और योगदान के माध्यम से एक ज्ञानवर्धक यात्रा है। बोचासनवासी श्री अक्षर पुरुषोत्तम स्वामीनारायण संस्था (बीएपीएस) के एचडीएच प्रमुख स्वामी महाराज के आशीर्वाद और 11,000 कारीगरों और बीएपीएस स्वयंसेवकों के विशाल भक्ति प्रयासों के माध्यम से भव्य, प्राचीन शैली के स्वामीनारायण अक्षरधाम परिसर का निर्माण केवल पांच वर्षों में किया गया था। परिसर का उद्घाटन 6 नवंबर, 2005 को हुआ था। अक्षरधाम का अर्थ है सर्वोच्च भगवान का शाश्वत, दिव्य निवास, वेदों और उपनिषदों में परिभाषित अक्षर के शाश्वत मूल्यों और गुणों का निवास जहां दिव्य भक्ति, पवित्रता और शांति हमेशा के लिए व्याप्त है। दुनिया में पहली बार स्वामीनारायण अक्षरधाम में अपने मंदिर, प्रदर्शनियों, हरे-भरे बगीचों और अन्य आकर्षणों के माध्यम से भारत की विरासत को उसके सभी पहलुओं, अंतर्दृष्टि और सुंदरता में देखा गया है।

2–इंडिया गेट

नई दिल्ली में सबसे अच्छे पर्यटन स्थलों में से एक, इंडिया गेट एक युद्ध स्मारक है जिसे अंग्रेजों ने प्रथम विश्व युद्ध में उनके लिए लड़ते हुए शहीद हुए भारतीय सैनिकों के सम्मान में स्थापित किया था। इसे फरवरी 1931 में स्थापित किया गया था। इसे द्वारा डिजाइन और विकसित किया गया था। एडविन लुटियंस, हमारे देश की धरती पर शाही यूरोपीय वास्तुकला की स्थापना।इस गेट का आर्किटेक्चरल डिजाइन प्रेजेंटेशन को और भी बेहतर बनाता है। इस संस्मरण को बनाने में लगभग एक दशक का समय लगा। एडविन लुटियंस इस स्मारक के प्रमुख वास्तुकार थे। वह ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य की कब्र और स्मारक विकास टीम के अग्रिम पंक्ति के सदस्य भी थे। यह भवन 42 मीटर लंबा और 9.1 मीटर चौड़ा है। पूरी संरचना पीले और लाल ग्रेनाइट और बलुआ पत्थर से बनी है। विजयी मेहराब इसके डिजाइन का प्रमुख तत्व है। आंतरिक गुंबद अंग्रेजों द्वारा आयोजित किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण अवसर के दौरान जलाई गई आग को समायोजित करने के लिए बनाया गया है; इसका मुख्य डिजाइन पेरिस, फ्रांस में स्थित आर्क डी ट्रायम्फ डी ल’एटोइल की शानदार वास्तुकला से प्रेरित था।इंडिया गेट को सबसे प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों में से एक माना जाता है जिसे हमें दिल्ली शहर में अवश्य जाना चाहिए। लगभग 90 वर्ष पुराने इस स्मारक से भारत की राजधानी सुशोभित है। इस स्मारक में पत्थर पर खुदे हुए शहीद सैनिकों के नाम हैं।

3–जामा मस्जिद

जामा मस्जिद छह वर्षों की अवधि में 5,000 से अधिक श्रमिकों के प्रयासों का परिणाम थी। उस समय के निर्माण पर दस लाख (1 मिलियन) रुपये की लागत आई थी। शाहजहाँ ने दिल्ली , आगरा, अजमेर और लाहौर में कई महत्वपूर्ण मस्जिदों का निर्माण किया । इस मस्जिद के निर्माण के लिए उन्होंने जिस उच्च भूमि का चयन किया था, उसके कारण इसकी महिमा और बढ़ जाती है। 1673 में शाहजहाँ के बेटे औरंगजेब द्वारा निर्मित लाहौर की बादशाही मस्जिद की वास्तुकला और डिजाइन का दिल्ली में जामा मस्जिद से गहरा संबंध है।लाल बलुआ पत्थर से बनी सीढ़ियों की तीन उड़ानें, पूर्व, उत्तर और दक्षिण से मस्जिद के प्रांगण में प्रवेश करती हैं। मस्जिद के उत्तरी द्वार में उनतीस सीढ़ियाँ हैं। मस्जिद के दक्षिणी हिस्से में तैंतीस सीढ़ियाँ हैं। शाही प्रवेश द्वार के रूप में कार्यरत मस्जिद के पूर्वी द्वार में पैंतीस सीढ़ियाँ हैं। सामानों के स्टॉल, दुकानें और सड़क पर मनोरंजन करने वालों ने सीढ़ियों के उन सेटों को खड़ा कर दिया। शाम के समय मस्जिद के पूर्वी हिस्से को मुर्गी और पक्षियों के लिए बाजार में बदल दिया गया। 1857 के भारतीय विद्रोह से पहले (जिसे कई भारतीय इतिहासकार “1857 का स्वतंत्रता संग्राम” कहते हैं), मस्जिद के दक्षिणी हिस्से के पास एक मदरसा खड़ा था। विद्रोह के बाद अंग्रेजों ने इसे नष्ट कर दिया।

Engineers Day 2022: On September 15, National Engineer’s Day is observed annually all over in India to mark the birth anniversary of Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. This year, the day falls on Thursday.

On Today at Engineer’s day Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted to all engineers and people by his tweeter handle and tweeted, “The Nation is blessed to have a skilled and talented pool of engineers contributing to nation building and said our government is working to enhance infrastructure for studing engineering including building more engineering colleges.

Engineering Day 2022, is the 55th National Engineering Day that is being celebrated.

In India, Engineer’s Day is also called Visvesvaraya Jayanti, in the loving memory of Sir Mokshagundam. The day is celebrated to honour and celebrate Visvesvaraya’s contributions as well as recognise the contribution of engineers in our society. The aim is also to encourage the country’s young engineers to perform the important role in the society.

Besides India, Engineer’s Day is also celebrated in Sri Lanka and Tanzania on September 15

Engineers- Science and Engineers are the one together who bring technology to make our lives simpler, to bring comforts, and ease for people.

Especially in India, old craze to become engineer. Everybody says, Engineering is so easy that it is just like walking in a park. But only Engineers know that the park is called Jurassic Park.

As the world evolved and civilization progressed, mankind’s problems expanded and it was the engineer’s ground-breaking solutions that came to the rescue.

On September 15, 1861, Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya was born in the Muddenahalli village of Karanataka, grew up in a Telugu Brahmin family. He completed his school education in his hometown and later on took admission in Bachelor of Arts (BA) undergraduade course at the University of Madras. Visvesvaraya’s fate took a major turn when he switched to a different carrer path and decided to Purse a diploma in Civil Engerineering at the college of science in Pune. After completing the course, he undertook variouss challenging projects and surprised many by producing remarkable results. Visvesvaraya founded many industries like the Mysore Soap Factory, Bangalore Agricultural University, State Bank of Mysore, Mysore Iron and Steel Works, Government Engineering College, and many more. Visvesvaraya Country’s one of the greatest civil engineers, scholar, and statesman. In recognition of his talent and achievements, King George V knighted him as a Knight Commander of the British Indian Empire. He is referred to as the “Father of Modern Mysore. In 1955, he was awarded India’s highest civilian award- the Bharat Ratna for his outstanding contribution to the country’s development. In 1968, the Indian government announced that the birth anniversary of Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya’s would be commemorate as National Engineering Day.

A star journey from Jollywood to Bollywood- Supriya Kumari

The Indian state of Jharkhand has given many notable people in a variety of fields- M.S Dhoni, Deepika Kumari in sports, Priyanka Chopra, R. Madhavan, and Imtiaz Ali in cinema, Anjana Om Kashyap in Journalism, and many more. One such person is Supriya Kumari- from working as a child artist in Doordarshan to acting in Bollywood movies.

Supriya Kumari was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Her mother is a homemaker, and her father did a government job. She is the youngest among her four siblings. She completed her schooling at S.S Doronda Girls High School and did her graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. She was interested in acting since her childhood. She worked as a child artist and performed at various shows as a dancer in Doordarshan. She is also a trained Kathak dancer and learned the Lucknow and Allahabad Gharana.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are her favorite actors.

She started her career by working in the Nagpuri Kortha album. A lot of people liked her work in the album. ‘Ae Mor Sajni’ and ‘Rang Bhare Badal Se’ became hit songs. Her chemistry with Bunty Singh and Ravan Gupta in the songs was also enjoyed by many people. Her latest Nagpuri Kortha albums were released on 21 July 2022 and 16 august 2022. She then went to Mumbai to try her hands at acting. In 2009, she made her debut on television with T.V serial ‘Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya hi Kiyo’. After this, she did ‘Mata Ki Chowki’ in which her acting was appreciated by the audience. She also participated in Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan and Terrence Lewis.

After watching her work in T.V serials, she got offers to do Bollywood movies. She made her debut in Bollywood with the movie ‘Zindagi 50 50’ in 2013. ‘21 Topo Ki Salami’ was her second Bollywood film and it was released in 2014. She said that she did not give auditions for the movies.

When asked about the difference she feels in working between T.V serials and movies, she said “both are different experiences. In a TV series, an actor works 14 hours per day. While working in movies, a schedule is made for the actors, and the character is played for a specific time frame”.

Talking about her learning, she said that she learns something new every day.

When asked what she would love to try in future, she said that she would love to host shows. She would also love to do comedy shows like The Kapil Sharma Show.

गिरिडीह, (कमलनयन) झारखंड में सतारुढ़ हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार ने झारखंडियों के लिए राज्य कैबिनेट में 1932 के खतियान के आधार पर स्थानीयता को परिभाषित करने संबंधी प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी प्रदान कर मूलवासियों की दशकों पुरानी मांग पूरी करने का ऐतिहासिक काम किया है. हालांकि विपक्ष इस मुद्दे को लेकर सियासत नहीं करेगा, इसकी गुंजाइश कम है. लेकिन इन सबके बीच झारखंड राज्य के करोड़ों मूलवासी चाहे वो कोई हो, हेमंत सोरेन सरकार के इस फैसले से निजी तौर पर खुश हैं, क्योंकि अब मूलवासी लोगों को आरक्षण के लाभ में बाहरी हिस्सेदारी का सामना नही करना पडेगा। जिसके कारण राज्य भर में एक प्रकार से स्थानीय लोगों में जश्न का माहौल है. गुरूवार को हेमंत सरकार द्वारा आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं की मानदेय वृद्धि के साथ ओबीसी आरक्षण को 27 फीसदी किए जाने और राज्य में स्थानीय नीति और नियोजन नीति का आधार 1932 किए जाने से उत्साहित झामुमो कार्यकर्ताओ ने जिला मुख्यालय में धन्यवाद जुलूस निकाला।

झारखंडियों का एक और सपना जेएमएम सरकार ने पूरा किया

बीते बुधवार को हेमंत सोरेन सरकार द्वारा तीनो मुद्दों को कैबिनेट से पारित किए जाने को लेकर झामुमो कार्यकर्ताओं में काफी उत्साह दिखा. इस ऐतिहासिक मौके पर कार्यकर्ता का उत्साह बढ़ाने के लिए क्षेत्र के विधायक सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू, जिला अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार सिंह, महालाल सोरेन सरीखे पार्टी के कद्दावर नेताओं ने धन्यवाद जुलूस की अगुवाई की. श्री सोनू ने कहा कि 1932 का खतियानी ही झारखंड का मूलवासी है. झारखंडियों का यह एक और सपना जेएमएम सरकार ने पूरा किया। इससे पहले हमारी पार्टी ने लम्बे आंदोलन के फलस्वरूप वर्ष 2000 में पृथक राज्य का सपना साकार हुआ था। श्री सोनू ने कहा कि हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार झारखंडियों की सरकार है, जो राज्य के लोगों का जीवन स्तर में लगातार सुधार लाने और राज्य का समुचित विकास कर आधारभूत संरचनाओं को मजबूत करने की दिशा में ईमानदार प्रयास करने में जुटी है. इससे पहले पार्टी कार्यालय में कई आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाओं ने सदर विधायक सोनू और झामुमो जिलाध्यक्ष को गुलाल लगाकर हेमंत सरकार को धन्यवाद दिया।

इस दौरान सदर विधायक के साथ पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं का जुलूस झंडा- बैनर लिए शहर भ्रमण करते हुए टॉवर चौक पहुंचा, जहां कार्यकर्ताओं ने जमकर आतिशबाजी की और एक-दूसरे को गुलाल लगाकर बधाई दी। टॉवर चौक में इस दौरान काफी संख्या में कार्यकर्ताओं का हुजूम उमड़ा था। एक एक कार्यकर्ता उत्साहित होकर जश्न में डूबे दिखे। मौके पर पार्टी के जिला अध्यक्ष संजय सिंह, अजीत कुमार पप्पू, शाहनवाज अख्तर, प्रमिला मेहरा, अभय सिंह, टुन्ना सिंह, महालाल सोरेन समेत काफी संख्या में पार्टी समर्थक शामिल हुए।

The High court sought a response from the Jharkhand government for rape victims in Ranchi.

On Tuesday, September 13, the Jharkhand High Court needs a response from the statement while hearing a petition filed by a 19-year-old rape victim seeking an abortion. The girl is 28 weeks pregnant and visually challenged by society.

The court had on September 9 asked the management of Ranchi Medical College, RIMS, to constitute a medical board for the case and submit a report.

In such a situation, the court has asked the state government to consult RIMS and the advocates of the victim and tell them what can be done in this matter. The next hearing will be held on Wednesday.

On behalf of the state government, the court was told that arrangements would be made for the girl to stay at the women’s shelter in Ramgarh.

The victim, who comes from the tribal community, is a resident of Nagdi in Ranchi. Her father is a rickshaw driver. Her mother has passed away. When her father had gone to work, a person raped her after finding her alone in the house. Because of this she is 28 months pregnant. The girl was raped in 2018 as well and the case related to this is going on in the lower court.

The second incident of rape happened this year. Recently, her medical examination was done at the Community Health Centre after which she was informed that she was 28 weeks pregnant.

She comes from a below the poverty line family. There is neither electricity nor gas in her house. She doesn’t even have money for her treatment. In such a situation, she has filed a petition in the court demanding safe abortion and proper living arrangements.
