गिरिडीह से शुरुआत हुई सरकार आपके द्वार कार्यक्रम, सीएम का विपक्ष पर तंज-विकास कार्यक्रमों को विरोधी नहीं पचा पा रहे

गिरिडीह (कमलनयन) : सरकारी संसाधनों के साथ दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति ,ईमानदारी और सार्थक प्रयास जुड़ जाते हैं तो जनकल्याण की योजनाओं का लाभ हर वर्ग तक पहुंचने लगता है. झाऱखंड में हेमंत सरकार के तीन सालों के कार्यकाल में कुछ इसी प्रकार के प्रयास किये गये, जिसके फलस्वरूप लगभग हर क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय विकास दिखायी देने लगा है। इससे पार्टी समर्थकों में भी आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा है. मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन का प्रयास है कि राज्य का विकास जन आंदोलन के रूप में परिवर्तित हो, जिसे गति देने के लिए बुधवार को गिरिडीह में झारखंड सरकार के तीन साल पूरे होने के अवसर पर भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया. जिला मुख्यालय के ऐतिहासिक झंडा मैदान में 1972 के चार मार्च को झारखंड स्थापना दिवस के मौके पर दिशोम गुरु सांसद शिबू सोरेन ने पृथक झारखंड राज्य आंदोलन का विगुल बजाया था। उसी झंडा मैदान में आज सरकार द्वारा आयोजित आपकी योजना, आपकी सरकार, आपके द्वार का उदघाटन मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन, संसदीय कार्य मंत्री आलमगीर आलम, श्रम मंत्री सत्यानदं भोक्ता, शिक्षा मंत्री जगरनाथ महतो, विधायक डा. सरफराज अहमद, सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू और विनोद कुमार सिंह ने दीप प्रज्जलित कर किया।

ऑन द स्पॉट समस्याओं का निष्पादन होगा

इस ऐतिहासिक मैदान में जिले की साढ़े तीन सौ पंचायतों से आए लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि हमारे राज्य की एक बड़ी आबादी जंगलों, पहाड़ों, नदियों के आसपास निवास करनेवाली आबादी अत्यंत गरीब और भोलीभाली है. जागरूकता के अभाव में इस आबादी को जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का समुचित लाभ नहीं मिलता है. और पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों ने इस ओर कभी घ्यान नही दिया। लेकिन हमारी सरकार झारखंडी भावनाओं के अनुरूप योजना बनाकर धरातल पर उतारने का काम कर रही है. दूसरी दफे आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार अभियान का शुभारंभ किया जा रहा है. यह अभियान दो चरणों में संपन्न होगा। प्रथम चरण 12 से 22 अक्टूबर और दूसरा चरण एक से 14 नवम्बर तक चलेगा. इस कार्यक्रम के तहत पूरे राज्य में पंचायत स्तर पर शिविर लगाकर ऑन द स्पॉट समस्याओं का निष्पादन होगा।

पिछली बार 99 प्रतिशत आवेदनों का निष्पादन हुआ

सीएम ने कहा कि पिछले साल हुए ऐसे कार्यक्रम में पूरे प्रदेश में 35 लाख 40 हजार आवेदन आए थे, जिसके विरूद्ध 99 प्रतिशत आवेदनों का निष्पादन किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों की खामियों को दूर करने का ईमानदार प्रयास कर रही है। कहा कि हमारी सरकार हर क्षेत्र में जरूरतमंदों की समस्याओं का आकलन कर योजना बना रही है. शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और सड़कों के अलावा गरीबों को खाद्यान योजना, पेंशन योजना सहित अन्य ढेर सारी योजनाएं चला रही है. हर क्षेत्र में योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए हर स्तर पर मॉनिटरिंग की जाती है. सीएम ने इस दौरान विरोघियों पर भी हमला किया. कहा कि झारखंडियों के विकास कार्यक्रम विरोधी पचा नहीं पा रहे हैं. फलस्वरूप आए दिन उल-जलूल बयान देते रहते हैं, लेकिन हमें इसकी चिंता नही है.

डीसी ने अतिथियों को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट किये

कार्यक्रम के दौरान सीएम ने ऑनलाइन तीन अरब 91 करोड़ की 45 विकास योजनाओं का शिलान्यास और उदघाटन किया। साथ ही 5 लाख 22 हजार 356 लाभुकों के बीच 977 करोड़ की परिसपंति का वितरण किया गया। आज ही पूरे राज्य की स्कूली छात्राओं के लिए सावित्री बाई फूले बालिका समृद्धि योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया। इसके अलावा कई अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की भी शुरुआत कर लाभुकों को चेक प्रदान किये गये। कार्यकम के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जिला प्रशासन की ओर से मुख्यमंत्री समेत अन्य अतिथियों को स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट किये गए।

कार्यक्रम में ये लोग थे शामिल

कार्यक्रम को मंत्री आलमगीर आलम, जगरनाथ महतो, सत्यानंद भोक्ता, विधायक डा. सरफराज अहमद, विनोद सिंह, सुदिव्य कु. सोनू व अन्य लोगों ने भी संबोधित किया। कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा के स्वागत भाषण से हुई। उपायुक्त ने सीएम का आभार प्रगट करते हुए कहा कि आपके द्वार कार्यक्रम का दूसरे चरण की शुरूआत गिरिडीह से हो रही है. हमारा प्रयास रहेगा कि जिस मकसद से अभियान का शुभारंभ हुआ है, हर हाल में वह उद्देश्य पूर्ण हो सके. मौके पर सीएम के प्रधान सचिव विनय कु.चौबे,  आईएएस अमिताभ कौशल, प्रमडंलीय आयुक्त,  गिरिडीह के एसपी सहित अन्य गण्यमाय लोग मौजूद थे।
