गिरिड़ीह: जिला समाहरणालय सभागार कक्ष में शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा के नेतृत्व में सुशासन सप्ताह के तहत “प्रशासन गांव की ओर” विषयक पर कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान गुड गवर्नेंस वर्कशॉप पर विस्तृत चर्चा करते हुए संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों व कर्मियों को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिये गये। कार्यशाला में बताया गया कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 19 दिसंबर से 25 दिसंबर तक एक राष्ट्रव्यापी सुशासन सप्ताह के अंतर्गत प्रशासन गांव की ओर अभियान शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। जिसका उद्देश्य आमजनों की शिकायतों का निष्पादन और आमजनों को सेवाएं प्रदान करने की प्रक्रिया में सुधार करना है।
प्रशासन गांव की ओर के तहत विभिन्न कार्यक्रम होंगे
“प्रशासन गांव की ओर” अभियान के तहत सप्ताह के दौरान विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। जैसे जिला मुख्यालय समेत सभी प्रखंड व अंचलों में जनता दरबार का आयोजन, जन शिकायत निवारण केंद्र के माध्यम से आमजनों की शिकायतों का निवारण तथा सभी थानों में जनता दरबार आयोजन कर थाना से संबंधित आवेदनों का निपटारा व अन्य कार्यक्रम किए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा सोशल मीडिया ट्विटर फेसबुक आदि सहित मल्टीमीडिया प्लेटफार्म के माध्यम से जन शिकायत निवारण एवं सार्वजनिक सेवा वितरण में सुधार के लिए राज्य एवं जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों के अलावा प्रगति और उपलब्धियों से आमजनों को अवगत कराने का निर्देश दिया गया हैं। साथ ही गुड गवर्नेंस वीक के तहत आयोजित होने वाले वर्कशॉप के दौरान होनी वाली गतिविधियों को लेकर संबंधित विभाग को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिया गया। इस कार्यशाला में आईएएस प्रशिक्षु उत्कर्ष कुमार, अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा, निदेशक डीआरडीए, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी व सभी कार्यालय प्रधान के अलावा अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
