हे सिद्धभूमि हम शर्मिंदा हैं…! पर्यटन,पवित्र व तीर्थक्षेत्र के भंवर में उलझा जैन समुदाय…! क्या महज फोटो सेशन से पारसनाथ पवित्र घोषित हो जायेगा…?

आज जैन समाज को फोटोमेनिया हो गया है..! एक ज्ञापन देना…. मंत्रियों के साथ फोटो खींचवाना और मीडिया में छपे फोटो को रिश्तेदारों के बीच शेयर कर खुद का महिमामंडन करवाना… और मुद्दों को लेकर खुद अपनी पीठ थपथपाते हुए समाज को गुमराह कर देना…!  मेरी बात जरा नकारात्मक लगेगी लेकिन यह सच्चाई के काफी करीब है। आज श्री सम्मेद शिखरजी के परिपेक्ष्य जो अफवाह फैली हुई है, उसने पारसनाथ के पवित्र घोषित करने को लेकर बाधा उत्पन्न कर दी है। कुछ दिन पहले झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री को ज्ञापन देनेवाले पवन गोधा ने तीर्थक्षेत्र को पवित्र घोषित होने की खबर को सोशल मीडिया पर लिखकर, श्रेय लेने की नाकाम कोशिश की। आईबीसी 24 यूट्यूब चैनल ने खबर चलाई और विरोध के बाद खंडन कर दिया..। संतों और मुनियों के मुख से भी कई धर्म के ठेकेदारों ने झूठा संदेश दिलवा दिया…!

अब सच्चाई क्या है… वह जानिये !

भारत सरकार के अल्पसंख्यक आयोग ने एक चिट्ठी जारी की है, जिसमें 17 जनवरी 2023 को मुख्य सचिव झारखंड सरकार को इस मामले में हाजिर होने का निर्देश दिया है…। इसके अलावा बुधवार को झारखंड विधानसभा के शीतकालीन सत्र के शून्य काल में विधायक इरफान अंसारी ने पारसनाथ को मदिरा पान एवं मांसाहार वर्जित क्षेत्र घोषित करने की मांग की थी। इस संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन का अभी तक बयान नहीं आया है। लेकिन अफवाहों के बाजार ने सोशल प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिये इस खबर को लोकल बना दिया..! मतलब साफ है कि बिना किसी तथ्य के भ्रामक खबर फैलाई गयी। 

राजनीतिक दलों की नजर में कोई अहमियत नहीं

दरअसल, राजनीतिक लिहाज से आप झारखंड में नगण्य हैं… मुश्किल से आप 15 से 20 हजार की जनसंख्या में हैं… व्यापारिक लिहाज से आप अव्वल हो सकते हैं, राज्य की जीडीपी में आपका 2-4 प्रतिशत योगदान हो सकता है..! लेकिन वोट के मंच पर पूरी तरह से फेल हैं, इसलिये राजनीतिक दलों की नजर में आपकी अहमियत न के बराबर है। आप अयोध्या राम मंदिर निर्माण में अहम भूमिका में हैं…. काशी-मथुरा में भी आपका कार्य सराहनीय है…. क्योंकि आप दानदातारों में अगली कतार में बैठे हैं..। लेकिन ये झारखंड प्रदेश के मामले नहीं हैं.. इसलिये आप कुछ भी नहीं हैं…!

पर्वत की पवित्रता को बनाए रखना जरूरी

पारसनाथ में आपका सामुदायिक विकास में योगदान न के बराबर है… राजनीतिक दलों के साथ आप फोटो खींचवा सकते हैं लेकिन उन्हें सम्मेद शिखर के हित में खड़े करने के लिये आपके पास क्षमता नहीं है…! आपने सम्मेद शिखर जी में सिर्फ मंदिर-मठों और धर्मशालाओं का निर्माण किया है… जनहित से जुड़े कार्यों को लेकर आप हमेशा सुप्तावस्था में रहे हैं…। यात्री सुविधा के अलावा आपने न तो किसी यूनिवर्सिटी की स्थापना की है और न ही आपने एक ऐसा अस्पताल बनाने का प्रण लिया है, जिसमें आम आदमी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ ले सके। इसलिये स्थानीय लोगों से उम्मीद तो कतई नहीं कर सकते! आप जिस पर्वत की पवित्रता को बचाने के लिये आन्दोलनरत हैं, उस पर्वत का सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान आपने  ही किया है! आप ही हैं जिसने पर्वत को काटकर मंदिरों का निर्माण किया है…कानून को चांदी के चंद सिक्कों से खरीद कर उसका मुंह बंद करनेवाले भी आप ही हैं।

पर्वत को बचाने की मुहिम के प्रयास नाकाफी

जैन समाज ने पर्वत के संरक्षण, सुरक्षा और विकास के लिये इतनी तन्मयता के साथ काम नहीं किया है, जितना समर्पण उन्होंने नित नये मंदिर और धर्मशाला निर्माण में दिखाया…! संतों का सहारा लेकर दान दातारों की फौज खड़ी कर आपने मंदिर और मठ का निर्माण तो किया लेकिन पर्वत को बचाने की मुहिम के लिये आपके प्रयास नाकाफी रहे। मंदिर और धर्मशाला निर्माण में जिस तरह से आपने नियमों के विरूद्ध जाकर जमीनें हासिल की हैं, वह न तो नैतिकता की कसौटी पर खरी हैं और न ही कानून के दृष्टिकोण से जायज…! फिर आप किस आधार पर खुद को महावीर के अनुयायी कहलाते हैं, इसका जवाब देना चाहिये..।

अदालती चक्रव्यूह से बाहर नहीं निकल पाये

अब आप खुद आकलन कीजिये कि भारतवर्षीय तीर्थक्षेत्र कमेटी, आनंद जी कल्याण जी ट्रस्ट और अन्य नवनिर्मित संस्थाओं ने सिर्फ अपने परिसर को सुरक्षित और विकसित करने की कार्यसंस्कृति को जन्म दिया…जो यात्री सुविधाओं पर ही फोकस था। पारसनाथ सम्मेद शिखरजी पर्वत को लेकर दोनों समुदाय आज भी अदालती चक्रव्यूह से बाहर नहीं निकल पाये हैं और पवित्रता जो उनका अधिकार है, वंचितों की भांति फोटोसेशन से ही खुश हैं।
