खलारी – तुमांग पंचायत को वापस खलारी थाना में शामिल करने को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री को लिखा पत्र

ख़लारी, 12 जनवरी : झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के खलारी प्रखंड अध्यक्ष, अनिल पासवान ने तुमांग पंचायत को मैक्लुस्किगंज थाना में शामिल किए जाने पर एक ज्ञापन डॉ० महुआ माजी राज्य सभा सांसद झारखंड को भेजते हुए प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सरकार को पत्र लिखा है। श्री पासवान ने ज्ञापन में लिखा कि खलारी प्रखंड के तुमांग पंचायत को मैक्लुस्किगंज थाना में शामिल करने के प्रस्ताव को केबिनेट में स्वीकृति दी गई। इसके बाद से तुमांग पंचायत के ग्रामीणों एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों में हड़कंप मच गया है । उन्होंने आगे लिखा कि तुमांग पंचायत में अति संवेदनशील विभिन्न ग्राम है। साथ ही इसकी सीमा से 3 जिला (लातेहार, चतरा, राँची) से सटा हुआ है। जिसके कारण यहां सन् 1990 के दशक में धमधमियां पुलिस पिकेट का निर्माण कराया गया था जो कि खलारी थाना से लगभग 5 कि०मी० दूर है फिर भी तुमांग पंचायत को खलारी थाना से मैकलुस्कीगंज थाना में परिवर्तित करना समझ से परे है। क्योंकि तुमांग के विभिन्न गाँवों के लोगों को खलारी थाना पहुँचने के लिए संसाधन हर वक्त सार्वजानिक ऑटो, चारपहिया वाहन उपलब्ध रहते हैं जिससे गरीब, असहाय, वृद्ध महिला-पुरुष एवं अपंग जैसे हर तरह के लोग आसानी से खलारी थाना दिन-रात कभी भी बिना भय के पहुँच जाते हैं और दूसरी ओर धमधमियां पिकेट के साथ-साथ खलारी थाना के अधिकारी भी समय पर घटनास्थल पर पहुँच जाते हैं। उन्होंने आगे लिखा कि मैक्लुस्किगंज थाना तुमांग पंचायत से लगभग 7 कि०मी० दूर है और तुमांग के किसी भी गांव से सार्वजनिक यातायात वाहन (बस, टेम्पू, चारपहिया वाहन) के साधन उपलब्ध नहीं है । जिससे गरीब लाचार, असहाय वृद्ध एवं दिव्यांग पिड़ितों को मैक्लुस्किगंज थाना पहुँचने में असुविधा होगी और सही समय पर मैक्लुस्किगंज थाना घटनास्थल पर नहीं पहुँच पाएगी। साथ ही तुमांग पंचायत से मैक्लुस्किगंज थाना पहुँचने के मार्ग पहुँचने के मार्ग अति संवदेनशील इलाकों से गुजरता है जिसमें आये दिन अपराधिक घटनाएं घटती रहती हैं जिस कारण से उन रास्ते में आवागमन काफी कम होता है। उन्होंने प्रदेश के सरकार से तुमांग पंचायत के ग्रामीणों की परेशानियों पर चिंतन करते हुए तुमांग पंचायत को मैकलुस्कीगंज थाना में परिवर्तित करने के प्रस्ताव की स्वीकृति को निरस्त करने का मांग किया है।
