निजी स्कूलों में कुल 9,974 सीटों पर बीपीएल के सिर्फ 4,386 बच्चों के ही नामांकन, 2,588 बच्चे रह गए वंचित,ऐसे स्कूलों की मान्यता रद्द करे सरकार: वीएस नायक

रांची: शिक्षा अधिकार कानून से 2,588 बीपीएल वर्ग के दलित आदिवासी-मूलवासी एवं अन्य आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर स्वर्ण समाज के बच्चों को नामांकन से वंचित करनेवाले सभी निजी स्कूलों की मान्यता झारखंड सरकार को रद्द कर देनी चाहिए. मंगलवार को एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर झारखंडी सूचना अधिकार मंच के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष आदिवासी मूलवासी जन अधिकार मंच के केंद्रीय उपाध्यक्ष भाई विजय शंकर नायक ने कही। उन्होंने कहा कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2022- 2023 में राज्य के मान्यता प्राप्त निजी विद्यालयों में कुल 9,974 सीटों पर बीपीएल वर्ग के दलित आदिवासी-मूलवासी एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर स्वर्ण समाज के बच्चों का नामांकन होना सुनिश्चित था, मगर केवल 4,386 बच्चों का ही नामांकन निजी विद्यालयों में किया गया और 2,588 बच्चों का नामांकन नहीं किया गया, यह जांच का विषय है कि आखिर किस परिस्थिति में इन वर्गों के बच्चों को नामांकन से वंचित किया गया।

नामांकन में फिसड्डी साबित हुई रांची

श्री नायक ने कहा कि सबसे खराब स्थिति राजधानी रांची का रहा, जहां 1,213 बच्चों को नामांकन करना था, जिसमें मात्र 636 बच्चों का ही नामांकन किया गया और 577 बच्चों का नामांकन नहीं किया गया. दूसरे स्थान पर पूर्वी सिंहभूम रहा जहां, 1,540 बच्चों में से मात्र 983 बच्चों का ही नामांकन किया गया और 558 बच्चों को वंचित रखा गया. तीसरे स्थान पर बोकारो जिला रहा, जहां 528 बच्चों में से मात्र 308 बच्चों का नामांकन किया गया और 220 बच्चों का नामांकन नहीं किया गया. चौथे स्थान पर देवघर रहा, जहां 361 बच्चों का नामांकन करना था जिसमें मात्र 152 बच्चों का नामांकन किया गया और 209 बच्चों का नामांकन नहीं किया गया. पांचवे स्थान में सरायकेला रहा, जहां 354 बच्चों का नामांकन करना था, पर मात्र 156 बच्चों का ही नामांकन किया गया और 198 बच्चों का नामांकन नहीं किया गया. अन्य जिलों की स्थिति भी कमोबेश यही है।

सीएम लंबित प्रस्ताव पर गौर फरमाएं

श्री नायक ने कहा कि पूर्व में मुख्यमंत्री से मांग की गई थी कि बच्चों के फीस निर्धारण के लिए जो प्रस्ताव बनाकर दिया गया था, उसे लागू किया जाए. आखिर क्यों आज भी यह प्रस्ताव लंबित है। सीएम को अविलंब उस प्रस्ताव पर अपनी स्वीकृति प्रदान करें ताकि बच्चों को स्कूल में फीस वृद्धि के साथ नामांकन हो सके।
