रामनवमी में हिंसा को लेकर भाजपा का विधानसभा में जोरदार हंगामा, सीएम ने भाजपा व ओवैसी की पार्टी पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए

पटना: रामनवमी पर हुई हिंसा को लेकर बुधवार को बिहार विधानसभा में भाजपा विधायकों ने जमकर हंगामा किया. नालंदा-सासाराम में रामनवमी के मौके पर हुई हिंसा ने विधानसभा में सियासी पारा गरम कर दिया. विधानसभा अध्यक्ष अवध बिहारी चौधरी ने भाजपा विधायक और पूर्व मंत्री जीवेश मिश्रा को मार्शलों ने बाहर निकाला। वहीं हंगामे के बीच बिहार के सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने भाजपा और ओवैसी की पार्टी एआईएमआईएम पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए। उन्होंने कहा कि 2 लोग हैं, एक राज कर रहा है और दूसरा उसका एजेंट है। वो दोनों मिलकर ये सब इधर-उधर कर रहे हैं. विधानसभा में विपक्षी पार्टी भाजपा ने मुद्दे को उठाया। नारेबाजी और शोर-शराबे के चलते सदन चलाना मुश्किल हो गया। स्पीकर ने कहा कि आप लोगों को ‘हो हो’ कहने का ट्रेनिंग मिला है क्या? स्पीकर के समझाने के बावजूद भाजपा विधायकों पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा. इसके बाद मार्शलों को आदेश देना पड़ा. फिर सदन की कार्यवाही स्थगित करनी पड़ी। करीब 11.25 बजे तक सदन की कार्यवाही चली थी। इसी बीच स्पीकर ने हंगामा नहीं थमने पर सदन को दो बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया।

विजय सिन्हा ने हिंसा पर सरकार को घेरा

विधानसभा की कार्यवाही जैसे ही शुरू हुई नेता प्रतिपक्ष विजय सिन्हा ने विधानसभा में कहा कि आज कार्यवाही का अंतिम दिन है। हमारी तरफ से कई गंभीर मुद्दे उठाए गए, लेकिन सरकार ने उन पर कोई संज्ञान नहीं लिया। इसके बाद रामनवमी पर सासाराम और नालंदा में उपद्रव हुआ और सरकार पूरी तरह से लापरवाह रही। बिहार सरकार हत्या, अपहरण और रंगदारी की घटनाओं को रोकने में विफल रही। इसी दौरान स्पीकर ने भाजपा के विधायकों को बोलने से रोक दिया। विधानसभा में इसी के बाद हंगामा शुरू हुआ। भाजपा विधायक वेल में पहुंच गए। उन्होंने नीतीश सरकार के खिलाफ नारेबाजी शुरू कर दी। तब स्पीकर ने मार्शलों से कहा कि विधायकों के हाथ से पोस्टर ले लें। इसी बीच जीवेश मिश्रा को मार्शलों ने सदन से बाहर किया। इस बीच सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी लगे हुए हैं। हर एक घर की जांच की जा रही है। कुछ दिन बाद सब पता चल जाएगा। यह सब जानबूझकर किया गया है। बिहारशरीफ में जो धंधा किया है, वो सब कुछ दिन बाद पता चल जाएगा। जांच चल रही है। 2 लोग हैं, एक राज कर रहा है और दूसरा उसका एजेंट है। वो दोनों मिलकर ये सब इधर-उधर कर रहे हैं।

सासाराम-बिहारशरीफ में सभी शिक्षण संस्थान खुले

रामनवमी पर हिंसक झड़प और बवाल के बाद सभी शिक्षण संस्थान फिर खुल गए। हालांकि पुलिस प्रशासन पूरी तरह मुस्तैद है। पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेज की तैनाती के बाद स्थिति में सुधार हो रहा है। सासाराम में स्कूल खुलने की जानकारी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी संजीव कुमार ने दी। उन्होंने बताया कि रामनवमी जुलूस के दौरान सासाराम में दो गुटों के बीच तनाव हो गया था। इसके अलावा नालंदा में तेजी से हालात सामान्य हो रहे हैं. बिहार शरीफ में हिंसा के बाद दुकानें और बाजार बंद थे, जो मंगलवार को खोल दिए गए। बाजार में दुकानों के खुलते ही लोगों में जरूरी सामानों की खरीद की। इस दौरान एनबीटी ऑनलाइन की टीम ने लोगों से बात तो उन्होंने अपने अनुभव शेयर किए। उन्होंने बताया कि बंद के दौरान काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ा। उधर, सिवान के मुफस्सिल थाने स्थित लखरांव में छापेमारी करने गई पुलिस टीम पर हमला हुआ, जिसमें कई पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए हैं। बताया जा रहा कि 112 नंबर पर पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि कुछ लोग एक व्यक्ति को पीट रहे हैं। जब पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची तो वहां पुलिस टीम पर कुछ ग्रामीणों ने ईंट-पत्थर से हमला कर दिया। इसमें एक एएसआई समेत आधा दर्जन पुलिस कर्मियों को चोट लगी है। पुलिस ने हमलावर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।
