सीसीएल सीकेएस की पहली बैठक में अध्यक्ष मनोज रजक ने मज़दूरहित में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ योगदान देने का आग्रह किया

रामगढ़ : सीसीएल कोलियरी कर्मचारी संघ सम्बद्ध भारतीय मजदूर संघ (बीएमएस) की नवनिर्वाचित कमिटी की पहली कार्यसमिति की बैठक मंगलवार को ऑफिसर्स क्लब, भुरकुंडा में सम्पन्न हुई। बैठक की शुरुआत श्रमिक गीत भगवान विश्वकर्मा, मां भारती एवं श्रद्धेय दत्तोपंत ठेंगड़ी के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित कर एवं दीप प्रज्वलित कर की गई। नवनिर्वाचित केंद्रीय पदाधिकारियों को अंगवस्त्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। इस मौके पर सीसीएल सीकेएस के अध्यक्ष सह अभाखम संघ के मंत्री मनोज कुमार रजक ने नवनियुक्त कमिटी के पदाधिकारियों को राष्ट्रहित, उद्योगहित एवं मज़दूरहित में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ योगदान देने का आग्रह किया।

‘बीएमएस पर श्रमिक वर्ग की उम्मीदें बढ़ी हैं’

श्री रजक ने कहा कि भारतीय मजदूर संघ मजदूर भाइयों की उचित मांगों की पूर्ति एवं व्याप्त समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए हमेशा तत्पर रहा है। यही कारण है कि श्रमिक वर्ग की उम्मीदें भारतीय मजदूर संघ पर बढ़ी है। सीसीएल में सीसीएल कोलियरी कर्मचारी संघ द्वारा सदा मजदूरों की मांगों को लेकर इकाई एवं क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर एजेंडा वार्ता, धरना-प्रदर्शन करता रहा है। वेतन समझौता-xi के यथाशीघ्र लागू कराने के लिए भी भारतीय मजदूर संघ JBCCI गठन से 8वीं बैठक में 19% MGB फाइनल होने तक अग्रणी भूमिका निभाता आया है। जल्द वेतन समझौता लागू नहीं होने पर भारतीय मजदूर संघ के कोयला प्रभारी सह JBCCI सदस्य के. लक्ष्मा रेड्डी ने प्रबंधन को उग्र आंदोलन की चेतावनी भी दी है।

ठेका मजदूरों के वेतन भुगतान के मुद्दों पर सम्मेलन होगा

बैठक में औद्योगिक मुद्दों एवं संगठनात्मक विषय पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई। अ.भा.ख.म. संघ की 106वीं बैठक 14-15 मार्च को देवघर में सम्पन्न कार्यसमिति बैठक में लिए गए निर्णय को बैठक में प्रस्ताव रखा गया। सभी प्रस्तावों का अनुमोदन सर्वसम्मति से किया गया।  L-20 की अध्यक्षता भारत में भारतीय मजदूर संघ कर रहा है। यह भारतीय मजदूर संघ के लिए गौरव की बात है। L-20 की तर्ज पर सीसीएल के कथारा क्षेत्र में 15 मई को, एन.के. क्षेत्र में 23 मई को एवं कुजू क्षेत्र में 12 जून को एक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जायेगा, जिसमें सीसीएल सीकेएस के यूनियन प्रतिनिधि के अलावा आस-पास के क्षेत्रों के अन्य यूनियन प्रतिनिधि, प्रबंधन के पदाधिकारी, समाजसेवी, पत्रकार, वकील, डॉक्टर आदि गणमान्य प्रतिनिधियों को आमंत्रित किया जायेगा। ठेका मजदूरों की माँगों एवं HPC के तहत वेतन भुगतान आदि मुद्दों को लेकर ठेका मजदूरों के बीच सम्मेलन आयोजित किया जायेगा।

सीसीएल की सभी क्षेत्रीय कमिटी का पुनर्गठन इसी माह

सीसीएल सीकेएस ने सीसीएल के पूर्वी क्षेत्र से रवींद्र मिश्रा, मध्य क्षेत्र से निर्गुण महतो एवं पश्चिमी क्षेत्र से मुकेश कुमार को मीडिया कोऑर्डिनेटर नियुक्त किया गया। सीसीएल के सभी क्षेत्र में क्षेत्रीय कमिटी का पुनर्गठन इसी माह में किया जायेगा। बैठक की अध्यक्षता संगठन के अध्यक्ष मनोज कुमार रजक एवं संचालन महामंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह ने की। बैठक में बृज बिहारी शर्मा- महामंत्री, भा.म.स. , झारखंड प्रदेश,   संजय कुमार चौधरी-कार्यसमिति सदस्य, अ.भा.ख.म. संघ, सभी केंद्रीय पदाधिकारी, कम्पनी एवं क्षेत्रीय बोर्ड सदस्य तथा सभी क्षेत्रीय सचिव-अध्यक्ष उपस्थित थे।
