रांची: पूर्व मंत्री और झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि झारखण्ड एवं यहां के लोगों से जुड़े जमीनी और आधारभूत मुद्दों से भटका कर कम महत्व के विषयों की ओर जब-तब ध्यान खींचने के साथ ही आम जनता से जुड़े मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने से बचना भारतीय जनता पार्टी और इसके नेताओं की पहचान है. इसके कारण ही पिछले 22 वर्षों में झारखण्ड को काफी खमियाजा भुगतना पड़ा है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि बाबूलाल मरांडी, भारतीय जनता पार्टी के विधायक दल के नेता जैसे महत्वपूर्ण पद पर आसीन हैं और वह केवल अपनी कमी और गलत नीतियों के कारण ही विधानसभा में प्रतिपक्ष के नेता नहीं बन पाये हैं. परन्तु जमीनी मुद्दों से भटकाने की उनकी नीति झारखण्ड के लिए आत्मघाती साबित हो रही है.

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि शराब से कम या ज्यादा राजस्व की प्राप्ति भी एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है. यह नियमित प्रक्रिया है कि किसी वित्तीय वर्ष में या फिर किसी सरकार में शराब से कम या ज़्यादा राजस्व संग्रहण हो. लेकिन भाजपा नेता, सरना धर्म कोड, 1932 के खातियान, 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण आदि मामलों पर अपने विचार क्यों नहीं बताते कि उनकी पार्टी इस मामले पर क्या विचार रखती है? श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि शराब से राजस्व संग्रहण से ज्यादा जरूरी यह है कि झारखण्ड और झारखण्ड की ज़मीनी समस्याओं का समाधान और इसकी पहचान दिलाना, क्योंकि झारखण्ड के आदिवासियों और मूलवासियों के साथ ही झारखण्ड के लोगों से जुड़े आधारभूत मुद्दों के समाधान का मामला आम जनमानस की भावना से पूरी तरीके से जुड़ा है.
‘वनाधिकार कानून जैसे मुद्दों पर मरांडी अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करें’
उन्होंने कहा कि सरना धर्म कोड को लागू करने, 1932 के खतियान का मामला, 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण, पेशा कानून को सख़्ती से लागू करने, पाँचवी अनुसूची को झारखण्ड में लागू करने, वनाधिकार कानून जैसे मुद्दों पर भाजपा के नेताओं को अपनी स्थिति पूरी तरीके से स्पष्ट करनी चाहिये और जबतक वे ऐसा नहीं करते तबतक यही माना जायेगा कि उनके द्वारा कही जा रही बातें कुल मिलाकर झारखण्ड और यहां के आम जनमानस की भावना के विरुद्ध है. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि सत्तापक्ष और विपक्ष में चाहे कोई भी हो, लेकिन सभी नेताओं से जिम्मेदारी की आशा की जाती है कि वे झारखण्ड के सभी लोगों के हित में काम करें और विशेष रूप से उन आदिवासियों एवं मूल निवासियों की समस्याओं पर गंभीरता से ध्यान दिया जाये.
