गिरिडीह में ईद के मद्देनजर विधि-व्यवस्था पर डीसी-एसपी ने विशेष सतर्कता बरतने का दिया निर्देश,लोगों से सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल में ईद मनाने का आग्रह

गिरिडीह : ईद-उल-फितर (ईद) के मद्देनजर विधि-व्यवस्था के संधारण के लिए उपायुक्त व पुलिस अधीक्षक ने संयुक्त आदेश जारी किया है। जारी आदेश के अनुसार इस वर्ष ईद का त्योहार 22 अप्रैल को चाँद के दृष्टिगोचर होने के अनुसार मनाया जाएगा। ईद को शांतिपूर्ण एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में मनाने के लिए जिले में प्रतिनियुक्त दण्डाधिकारियों/पुलिस बल को विशेष सतर्कता बरतने की आवश्यकता है। सभी प्रतिनियुक्त दण्डाधिकारी/पुलिस पदाधिकारी विशेषकर मस्जिद / ईदगाह एवं पूजा घरों पर कड़ी नजर रखेंगे, ताकि ईद की नमाज के समय विधि-व्यवस्था की समस्या उत्पन्न नहीं होने पाये। प्रतिनियुक्त पुलिस पदाधिकारी अपने-अपने प्रतिनियुक्ति स्थान पर पहुँचने के पश्चात दोनों सम्प्रदाय के प्रमुख एवं गणमान्य व्यक्तियों से सम्पर्क स्थापित कर सद्भावना, शान्ति व्यवस्था एवं साम्प्रदायिक सौहार्द कायम रखने का हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे।

जिला एवं अनुमंडल स्तर नियंत्रण कक्ष का गठन किया गया

विधि-व्यवस्था को लेकर ईद के अवसर पर जिला स्तर एवं अनुमण्डल स्तर पर नियंत्रण कक्ष का गठन किया गया है, जो शनिवार के अपराह्न से रविवार के अपराहन तक कार्यरत रहेगा। जिला नियंत्रण कक्षा में दण्डाधिकारियों की समय सारणी अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी द्वारा अलग से निर्गत की जायेगी। जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष में आलोक कुमार, निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, डी.आर.डी.ए. तथा डीएसपी संजय कुमार राणा रहेंगे। जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष के वरीय दण्डाधिकारी द्वारा सभी अनुमण्डलीय नियंत्रण कक्ष से खैरियत प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त कर जिला का समेकित खैरियत प्रतिवेदन उपायुक्त, गिरिडीह एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक, गिरिडीह को प्रतिदिन संध्या 06:00 बजे तक उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा। विधि व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिए सभी संवेदनशील स्थानों पर दण्डाधिकारी/पुलिस सशस्त्र बल एवं लाठी पार्टी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गयी है। संबंधित अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी अपने-अपने अधीनस्थ थाने में गतिशील रहकर विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण करेंगे. अगर कहीं कोई अप्रिय घटना घटती है तो उस स्थान पर प्रतिनियुक्ति अगले आदेश तक जारी रहेगी। उक्त तिथि तक प्रतिदिन खैरियत प्रतिवेदन संध्या 5.00 बजे तक जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष में भेजना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

पुलिस-प्रशासन को हर गतिविधियों पर पैनी नजर रखने का निर्देश

सिविल सर्जन को निर्देश दिया गया कि ईद के अवसर पर सभी रेफरल अस्पताल / सभी प्रखण्ड स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र / स्वास्थ्य उप केन्द्र एवं जिला स्थित सदर अस्पताल में डाक्टर, नर्स, एवं अन्य चिकित्सीय कर्मी की उपलब्धतता सुनिश्चित करेंगे। इसके साथ ही यथोचित मात्रा में दवा भी संबंधित अस्पतालों में उपलब्ध करायेंगे तथा जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष एवं अनुमण्डल स्तरीय नियंत्रण कक्ष में आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए एम्बूलेंस की व्यवस्था करेंगे। जिन दण्डाधिकारियों एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति गिरिडीह शहर में गश्ती कार्य एवं जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष में सुरक्षित दण्डाधिकारी के रूप में की गयी है, उन्हें निर्देश दिया गया कि वे समय पर जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष में अपना योगदान देंगे। किसी तरह से विधि व्यवस्था भंग होने की सूचना प्राप्त होने पर स्वयं स्तर से त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए तुरंत जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष एवं वरीय पदाधिकारियों को सूचित करेंगे। इसके अलावा सभी अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी एवं अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के वरीय प्रभार में रहेंगे तथा विधि व्यवस्था संधारणार्थं जिले की गतिविधियों पर पैनी नजर रखेंगे।
