झारखण्ड की रूपम, जिसने लोगों को दिया घर बैठे रोजगार का मौका

रांची – दोस्तों किसी ने सच ही कहा है कठिन परिश्रम और लगन से हम वो सब हासिल कर सकते है जो बहुत से लोगो के लिए एक सपना मात्र है। आज हम आपको एक ऐसी सख्शियत के बारे में बताने जा रहे है जिसने काफी मेहनत के बाद अपनी मंजिल पायी और आज वो ऐसे बहुत से नए लोगो की मदद भी कर रहीं हैं जो घर मे रहकर कुछ करना चाहतें हैं। उन्होंने बहुत से फ्रेशर्स को वर्क फ्रॉम होम के अवसर दिये है। रूपम मिश्रा एक छोटे से शहर की रहने वाली है। परन्तु वो एक ऐसी महिला है जिनके काम की सराहना आज काफी लोग कर रहे है। कठिन मेहनत और लगन से उन्होंने अपनी टेक्निकल पढ़ाई पूरी की और आज वो अपनी एक टेक्नो कॉमर्शियल मार्केटिंग की कंपनी चला रही हैं। इतना ही नहीं वो इसके साथ साथ हाथ से बने हुए खास तरह के सामान जो कि इण्डियन आर्ट और क्राफ्ट की श्रेणी में आते है, उन्हे प्रोमोट करती हैं। रूपम मिश्रा एक ऐसी महिला हैं जो विलुप्ति के कगार पर पहुंच चुकी भरतीय कला को एक खास पहचान दिलाने के लिए काफी मेहनत कर रहीं है। रूपम मिश्रा ने अपने इस काम के जरिये कला के क्षेत्र में एक ख़ास पहचान बनाई है और साथ ही वो अपनी वेबसाइट के जरिये भी अच्छी कंपनी ग्रोथ कर रहीं हैं। आसान नही था सफर:कहते हैं किसी भी काम को करने के लिए उसमें बहुत से रोड़े आते हैं रूपम ने भी इन रुकावटों को फेस किया । अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद उन्होंने 10 साल तक नौकरी की और अपनी कंपनी खोलने का plan किया। आज वह टेक्नो कॉमेरशल,आर्ट और क्राफ्ट कंपनी को तो पूरी तरह से संभालती ही है और साथ ही साथ इंडियन आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट को भी प्रोमोट करती है । इतना ही नहीं उनकी कंपनी से जुड़े लोगों को एक नई पहचान मिल रही है, उनका काम ना सिर्फ भारत में बल्कि पूरे विश्व में सराहा जा रहा है। आज रूपम दो वर्टिकल मैनेज करती है और उनके साथ जुड़े लोग अपने काम को आनंद लेते हैं।ये थी कंपनी की पॉलिसी:रूपम मिश्रा ने जब अपनी कंपनी की शुरुआत की तो यह पॉलिसी थी कि वह हर से काम करने की अपॉर्चुनिटी देंगे और टाइम फ्लैक्सिबिलिटी उनकी कंपनी के प्रमुख पॉलिसीज में एक था। जिसके कारण बहुत से न्यूकमर्स काफी फायदा मिलने वाला था क्योंकि टाइम फ्लैक्सिबिलिटी के चलते वह काम अपनी इच्छा अनुसार से कर सकते थे। इस तरह से उनकी कम्पनी से जुड़े सारे लोग अपने काम को खूब एंजॉय करतें हैं।घर की जिम्मेदारियों के साथ साथ करती है गरीब समुदाय की मददरूपम मिश्रा शादीशुदा है, तो जाहिर सी बात है हर शादीशुदा महिला की तरह इन पर भी घर की काफी सारी जिम्मेदारियां हैं। वो न सिर्फ इन जिम्मेदारियों को बखूबी निभाती हैं बल्कि वो अपने आर्ट और क्राफ्ट के बिजनेस में ऐसे लोगों को सम्मलित करती है जो काफी गरीब है। उनको अपने यहां काम देकर आर्थिक रूप से उन्हें मजबूत बनाती है।
