गिरिडीह : योग दिवस पर जिले भर के लोगों ने योगाभ्यास किया, योग शरीर को निरोगी और बलशाली बनाने में सहायक है : डीसी

गिरिडीह (कमलनयन) अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के विशेष अवसर पर बुधवार को गिरिडीह जिले के सभी अनुमंडलों के 13 प्रखण्डों में हजारों लोगों ने वसुधैव कटुम्बकम पर आधारित योगभ्यास कार्यकमों में भाग लिया। योग करने के लिए सुबह-सुबह जिले के सरकारी गैर सरकारी शिक्षण संस्थानों, प्रखण्ड-अंचल कार्यालयों, उपासना स्थलों, खेल के मैदानों  में बड़ी संख्या में महिला-पुरुष, बच्चे एवं युवा वर्ग के लोग जुटकर अपनी काया को निरोगी और बलशाली बनाने के मकसद से घंटों योग किया। योगाभ्यास करनेवालों में महिला संगठनों, स्वंयसेवी संस्थाओं, धार्मिक संगठनों, छात्र संगठनों समेत राजनीतिक दलों से जुड़े लोग शामिल हुए। इस अवसर पर प्रमुख योगाभ्यास कार्यक्रम जिला मुख्यालय के सर जेसी बोस बालिका उच्च विधालय में सम्पन्न हुआ। कार्यकम में जिखा प्रशासन, अनुमंडल प्रशासन, गिरिडीह नगर निगम प्रशासन समेत कई सामाजिक संस्थाओं के लोगों ने भाग लिया।

डीसी सहित कई अधिकारियों ने योगाभ्यास किया

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि योग करने से शारीरिक तथा मानसिक समस्याओं से निजात पाई जा सकती है। इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त ने सभी जिलेवासियों से योगाभ्यास करने की अपील की एवं कहा कि अधिक से अधिक लोगों को योग के लिए प्रेरित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा समय में अपने शरीर के अंदर सकारात्मक ऊर्जा और बेहतर रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता विकसित करना आवश्यक है। स्वस्थ रहने के लिए हम सबों को प्रतिदिन योग अभ्यास करना चाहिए. इससे खुद के शरीर और मन-मस्तिष्क स्वस्थ रहता है। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर सभी को शपथ दिलाई गई कि योग को अपने जीवन में उतारे तथा निरोग रहें। योग करने से शरीर सुंदर, स्वच्छ एवं आकर्षक होता है और हमें तमाम बीमारियों से बचाव भी करता है। योग को अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करे।

‘स्वस्थ रहने के लिए प्रतिदिन योगाभ्यास जरूरी’

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा समेत सदर एसडीएम विशाल खलको, अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा,  उपविकास आयुक्त सहित व जिले के अन्य पदाधिकारियों/कर्मियों ने योगाभ्यास किया। मौके उपायुक्त ने सभी जिलेवासियों को अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की  शुभकामनाएं एवं बधाई दी। अपने संबोधन में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि योग मन, शरीर और आत्मा की एकता को सक्षम बनाता है। योग शरीर से इम्यूनिटी बढ़ाने में मदद देता है। योग के विभिन्न आयामों से हमारे शारीरिक को अलग-अलग तरीकों से लाभ मिलता है। योग व्यायाम ऐसा प्रभावशाली उपाय है, जिसके माध्यम से न केवल शरीर के अंगों बल्कि मन-मस्तिष्क और आत्मा का भी संतुलन बनाये रखता है।
