गिरिडीह : जीवा गिरिडीह जोन ने “हेल्थ इज वेल्थ” श्रृंखला के तहत अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर सुनीता बरनवाल और दीप्ति सिन्हा  और उत्साही योग प्रशिक्षकों ने बुधवार के सत्र के दौरान विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया। कहा गया कि हमारा उद्देश्य महिलाओं के लिए एक स्वस्थ और सक्रिय जीवन शैली को बढ़ावा देना है और इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए हमने महिलाओं को योग प्रशिक्षण देने के लिए प्रमाणित योग प्रशिक्षक नियुक्त किए हैं। इसके अलावा, हमें पूनम बरनवाल को अतिथि वक्ता और प्रमाणित योग और एक्यूप्रेशर ट्रेनर के रूप में पाकर सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ, जिन्होंने दर्द से राहत के लिए एक्यूप्रेशर के लाभों के बारे में बहुमूल्य जानकारी प्रदान की। पूनम सहाय ने एक अद्भुत ताज़ा पेय की व्यवस्था की है जो, तुरंत वहां मौके पर तैयार किया गया था। उसके द्वारा सभी सामग्री की व्यवस्था की गई थी। उन्होंने इस अद्भुत पेय के लाभों के बारे में विस्तार से बताया,. इसे ‘योग पेय’ नाम दिया है क्योंकि यह योग दिवस पर सभी के लिए पेश किया गया था। इस कार्यक्रम में राखी झुनझुनवाला, अमिता छाबड़ा, सुमन साहू, निहारिका बगैरिया, स्वाति बगैरिया, सुलोचना, सुनीता शर्मा, सुमन गौरी सरिया, डॉक्टर अंकिता सहाय, रंजना बगैरिया व अन्य कई लोग उपस्थित थे।
