गिरिडीह : जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न कोषांग के सफल क्रियान्वयन व संचालन सुनिश्चित करने हेतु शुक्रवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में डीसी ने सभी कोषांगों को उनकी जिम्मेवारी से अवगत कराया। साथ ही मतदानकर्मियों की स्थिति व निर्वाचन से संबंधित अन्य कार्यों की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा जरूरी दिशा-निर्देश दिए। बैठक में डीसी ने कहा कि 33- डुमरी विधानसभा उप चुनाव 2023″ के सफल एवं ससमय संचालन हेतु विभिन्न कोषांगों का गठन किया गया है। बैठक के दौरान कार्मिक कोषांग की समीक्षा करते हुए वरीय पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए निर्वाचन संबंधित कार्यों का निष्पादन करना सुनिश्चित करें।
डीसी ने ईवीएम-वीवीपीएटी कोषांग की भी समीक्षा की
बैठक के दौरान जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने कार्मिक कोषांग के वरीय पदाधिकारी के साथ निर्वाचन से संबंधित विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर भी चर्चा कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक व उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिया। साथ ही प्रशिक्षण कोषांग के वरीय पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि सभी सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट, पीठासीन पदाधिकारी, प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय मतदानकर्मियों के प्रशिक्षण हेतु प्रशिक्षण कैलेंडर ससमय तैयार करा लें। इसके अलावा ईवीएम-वीवीपीएटी कोषांग की समीक्षा करते हुए डीसी ने ईवीएम के रैंडोमाइजेसन, स्ट्रांग रूम आदि की तैयारियों को पूर्ण करा लेने का निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सामग्री कोषांग के वरीय पदाधिकारी को कहा कि जिले से प्राप्त होने वाली सामग्रियों की सूची तैयार कर ले साथ ही विभिन्न कोषांगों के पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि जो भी सामग्री की आवश्यकता है उसकी सूची सामाग्री कोषांग को उपलब्ध करा दे ताकि समय से सारी सामग्री सभी कोषांगों को ससमय उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।
