कृष्णा यादव उर्फ सुलतान जी के घर पर खलारी पुलिस ने इस्तेहार चिपकाया

खलारी, 25 जून : खलारी थाना क्षेत्र के महावीर नगर स्थित पीएलएफआई संगठन के कृष्ण यादव उर्फ सुलतान जी के घर पर रविवार को खलारी पुलिस ने इस्तेहार चिपकाया। पीएलएफआई संगठन का चर्चित नक्सली कृष्ण यादव उर्फ सुलतान जी खलारी थाना क्षेत्र के राय कोलयरी साइडिंग में  कृष्णा यादव व मोहन यादव के द्वारा गोली चलाने व लेवी की मांग  किये जाने के आरोप में वांक्षित है। अपराधी कृष्णा यादव उर्फ सुलतान जी, पिता स्व रामजी यादव पर अनुमंडलीय न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी शिविल कोर्ट राँची के द्वारा सरेंडर नहीं करने पर गिरफ्तारी वारंट जारी करने के बाद इस्तेहार जारी किया गया है जिसे तामिला करते हुए महावीर नगर स्थित उसके घर पर खलारी पुलिस द्वारा ढोल बजाकर इस्तेहार चिपकाया गया। कृष्णा यादव पर खलारी थाना कांड संख्या 47/2019 धारा 147, 148, 353, 149, व  27 आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज है।जिसे लेकर खलारी पुलिस ने शिविल कोर्ट के जारी आदेश का पालन करते हुऐ बताया कि जल्द ही सरेंडर करें नहीं तो खलारी में बने आवास पर कुर्की किया जायेगा। इस दौरान एसआई बाजो रजक,एसआई संदीप कुमार एवं पुलिस जवान मौके पर मौजूद थे।
