गिरिडीह में परिवार कल्याण पखवारा-2023 की हुई शुरुआत, स्वास्थ्यकर्मी सम्मानित किए गए. डीसी ने कहा-गिरिडीह में प्रजनन दर बहुत अधिक…जनवृद्धि दर में कमी लाना बेहद जरूरी

गिरिडीह  : समाहरणालय सभागार कक्ष में उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की उपस्थिति में 11 से 31 जुलाई तक चलनेवाले परिवार कल्याण पखवारा की शुरुआत मंगलवार को किया गया। कार्यक्रम में डीसी ने कहा कि गिरिडीह में प्रजनन दर बहुत अधिक है। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य परिवार कल्याण आयामों के तहत जनवृद्धि दर में कमी लाना है। इसके लिए परिवार नियोजन के विभिन्न आयामों का प्रयोग अतिआवश्यक है। आज विश्व में सबसे अधिक जनसंख्या भारत की है। अधिक जनसंख्या देश के व राज्यों के संसाधनों पर काफी बुरा प्रभाव डालती है। जमीन, अनाज, जल, जलवायु आदि पर इसका बहुत ही बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है। गिरिडीह जिले की ग्रामीण आबादी बहुत ज्यादा है। गिरिडीह जिले में प्रजनन दर 2.4 प्रतिशत है जो कि राष्ट्रीय व राज्य के भी प्रजनन दर से अधिक है। अतः सभी लोगों को मिलकर इसमें कमी लाने की आवश्यकता है।

जागरूकता रथ भी निकाला गया

इस दौरान वर्ष 2022 में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करनेवाले पदाधिकारियों एवं स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों सम्मानित किया गया। साथ ही लोगों को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से जागरूकता रथ भी निकाला गया था, जो लोगों को परिवार कल्याण की योजनाओं से अवगत करा रहा है। कार्यक्रम के दौरान बताया गया कि भारत का प्रजनन दर 2 प्रतिशत  झारखंड का प्रजनन दर 2.3 प्रतिशत एवं गिरिडीह जिला का प्रजनन दर 2.4 प्रतिशत है, जो कि बहुत अधिक है. इसे कम करने की आवश्यकता है। जनसंख्या का अधिक अनुपात जलवायु में भीषण परिवर्तन ला रहा है, जो कि काफी हानिकारक है। प्रजनन दर कम करने को लेकर लोगों को परिवार कल्याण के विभिन्न साधनों के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

सीएस ने प्रजनन दर कम करने के कई साधनों का जिक्र किया

इस मौके पर सिविल सर्जन ने कहा कि जन्म दर कम करने के लिए एनएसवी, इंटरनल फीमेल स्टरलाइजेशन, पोस्टमार्टम स्टरलाइजेशन, टोटल स्टरलाइजेशन, आईयूसीडी इंसर्शन, पीपीआईयूसीडी इंसर्शन, पोस्ट अबॉर्शन आईयूसीडी, अंतरा, छाया, माला एन, कंडोम, ईसीपी, पीटीके आदि को अपनाया जा सकता है जो कि प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों एवं स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में उपलब्ध है।
