रांची : पूर्व मंत्री व झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि चन्द्रयान-3 की सफलतापूर्वक लॉन्चिंग पूरे देश के लिये गर्व की बात है, लेकिन झारखण्ड के परिप्रेक्ष्य में हमारी खुशियां बहुत ही खास है. चन्द्रयान-3 को जिस एसएलपी-सेकेंड लॉन्चिंग पैड से अंतरिक्ष में सफलता के साथ भेजा गया है, उसकी डिजाइन टर्न-की प्रोजेक्ट के आधार पर रांची के मेटालर्जिकल एंड इंजीनियरिंग कंसल्टेंट्स इंडिया लिमिटेड (मेकॉन) द्वारा तैयार किया गया था. जबकि उसका निर्माण रांची में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम मदर इंडस्ट्री हेवी इंजीनियरिंग कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड (एचईसी) में किया गया. उन्होंने कहा कि देशहित में एचईसी और मेकॉन ने आज फिर से अपनी सार्थकता एवं उपयोगिता सिद्ध कर दी है.
एचईसी और मेकॉन की टीम ने रचा इतिहास
श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि झारखण्ड के सवा तीन करोड़ लोगों के साथ ही झारखण्ड में अवस्थित सार्वजनिक व निजी क्षेत्र के सभी उपक्रमों, उसके अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों, श्रमिकों, अभियंताओं आदि के लिये भी यह बेहद खुशी का क्षण है, क्योंकि यह हमारे झारखण्ड की कर्मठता को साबित करता है. न केवल रांची एवं झारखण्ड के सार्वजनिक बल्कि निजी क्षेत्र के उद्योगों-उपक्रमों ने कई बार अपने कार्यों, गतिविधियों व उपलब्धियों से यह बताया है कि अनुसंधान एवं कर्मठता के साथ वे देश के खाते में कई उपलब्धियां जोड़ सकते हैं पर सही नीति, भरोसा और संसाधन बहुत जरूरी है.
एचईसी पर केंद्र सरकार को ध्यान देना चाहिए
श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि भाजपा शासनकाल में यह और भी निराशा भरी बात है कि केन्द्र न केवल रांची या झारखण्ड बल्कि देश भर में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उद्योगों-उपक्रमों के साथ उपेक्षापूर्ण रवैया अपना रही है, जिसका खमियाजा झारखण्ड के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को भुगतना पड़ रहा है. वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों को निजी क्षेत्र से तीव्र प्रतिस्पर्धा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और केन्द्र सरकार की सकारात्मक एवं अनुकूल औद्योगिक नीति नहीं होने के कारण कुल मिलाकर देश में आर्थिक एवं औद्योगिक स्थिति पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है. इस स्थिति में भी वही एचईसी देश का गौरव और अभिमान बढ़ा रहा है, जिसके पास अपने अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को वेतन देने तक की राशि का अभाव है.
