अजय राय ने कहा-मंत्री शिक्षा अधिनियम कानून 2017 को लागू करने की हिम्मत दिखाएं, तभी स्कूलों की मनमानी को रोका जा सकेगा

रांची : झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने सूबे के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन एवं स्कूली शिक्षा मंत्री रामदास सोरेन से आग्रह किया है कि राज्य में प्राइवेट स्कूलों के दोहन से अभिभावकों को बचाएं साथ ही साथ ही झारखंड शिक्षा न्यायाधिकरण संशोधन अधिनियम कानून 2017 को लागू कराएं ताकि स्कूलों की मनमानी को रोका जा सके।

झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा कि जिस तरह सदन के अंदर राज्य सरकार के मंत्री रामदास सोरेन का बयान प्राइवेट स्कूलों की मनमानी पर रोक लगाने की थी, उस पर वह कुछ करके दिखाएं तभी वह अभिभावकों का भरोसा हासिल कर सकते हैं, अन्यथा उनकी बातें कोरी साबित होगी।

अजय राय ने कहा कि अभी वर्तमान में री एडमिशन, एनुअल चार्ज, किताब कॉपी के बढ़ते दामों से अभिभावकों की कमर टूट जाती है, ऐसे में राज्य सरकार को मरहम लगाने की जरूरत है और प्राइवेट स्कूलों के मनमाने री एडमिशन एनुअल चार्ज अन्य कई मद में वसूली और हर साल बदली जा रही किताबों के ऊपर अंकुश लगाना होगा तभी अभिभावकों को राहत मिलेगी।

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि झारखंड शिक्षा न्यायाधिकरण संशोधन अधिनियम 2017 का एक्ट बन पाया और 7 जनवरी 2019 को प्रभाव में आया मगर इसका इंप्लीमेंटेशन कहीं नहीं हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज भी स्कूल अपनी मनमर्जी चलाए हुए हैं. इसपर अगर रोक नहीं लगी तो पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन सड़क पर उतरेगा.
