रात के अंधेरे में धुआंधार चलाया जा रहा है मनरेगा कार्य के लिए जेसीबी

7 से 8 घण्टे में खोद दिया जा रहा है डोभा एवं सिंचाई कूप

खलारी, 20 जुलाई : खलारी प्रखंड के हुटाप पंचायत में मनरेगा कार्य के लिए धुआंधार जेसीबी का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। जिस कार्य के लिए मजदूरों को कई दिन लग जाते हैं और उस कार्य के ऐवज में उन्हें मजदूरी मिलती है वही कार्य महज 7 से 8 घण्टे में मशीन द्वारा करवा लिया जा रहा है।
इसकी मिली जानकारी पर पड़ताल करने पर पंचायत के हुटाप मोड़ के धवई टांड़ में जेसीबी द्वारा खोदा गया डोभा पाया गया, जिसका कार्य बुधवार की रात करवाया गया है। जिसके सम्बंध में ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि यह कार्य पंचायत के एक वेंडर के द्वारा करवाया जा रहा है। वही जोराकाठ के टेढ़ घटिया में दिन में ही जेसीबी मशीन से डोभा खोदते देखा गया, जिसके बारे में बताया गया कि यह कार्य उसी वेंडर के मेट द्वारा करवाया जा रहा है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक हुटाप पंचायत में मनरेगा कार्य के लिए लगभग 50 से भी ऊपर फाइल खोला गया है यह सारा फाइल यहां पर कार्य करने वाले मेट और वेंडर के द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया है जिसमें डोभा, सिंचाई कूप ( कुआं ) पशु शेड इत्यादि हैं। यह सारे कार्य मनरेगा मजदूरों द्वारा करवाया जाना अनिवार्य है परंतु यहां के कई ऐसे मेट और वेंडर है जो मजदूरों का उपयोग सिर्फ राशि की निकासी के वक्त उनके कार्ड के द्वारा करते हैं और डोभा तथा सिंचाई कूप ( कुआं ) का खुदाई जेसीबी मशीन द्वारा करवा रहे हैं। यह सारे कार्य सारे नियमों को ताक पर रखकर कराए जा रहे हैं जो अति जांच का विषय है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है की रात के अंधेरे में जेसीबी मशीन से कई डोभा और कुआं का खुदाई कराया जा रहा है जो सात आठ घंटे में पूरा कर लिया जाता है और अंत में थोड़े कार्यों के लिए मजदूरों को लगाया जाता है।

●वन और पेड़ पौधों को पहुंचाया जा रहा है नुकसान

डोभा के खुदाई के लिए कई ऐसे जगहों का चयन किया गया है जो घने जंगलों में है,  ऐसे जगहों का चयन जानबूझ कर किया जाता है ताकि नजरों से छिपा रहे। उक्त जगह तक जेसीबी मशीन ले जाने और डोभा के खुदाई करने में रास्ते में पड़ने वाले एवं डोभा के लिए चयनित जगह पर लगे कई पेड़ पौधों को काट या मशीन द्वारा नष्ट कर दिया जाता है ताकि डोभा का निर्माण किया जा सके। इस तरह के कार्य से पर्यावरण को भारी नुकसान पहुंचाया जा रहा है और वन संपदा को भी काफी प्रभावित किया जा रहा है।
