गिरिडीह सदर अस्पताल के 600 आउटसोर्सिंग कर्मियों ने काम किया ठप, परेशान सीएस ने अंतत: वार्ता कर हर महीने की 15 तारीख को कर्मियों का वेतन भुगतान सुनिश्चित करवाया

गिरिडीह : सदर अस्पताल के आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी बाला जी को सरकार से फंड मिलने के बावजूद अपने कर्मियों को वेतन नहीं दिए जाने की शिकायत पर शनिवार को सभी कर्मी कामधाम ठप कर धरना पर बैठ गए। इस दौरान आउटसोर्सिंग पर काम कर रहे करीब एक साथ छह सौ अनुबंधकर्मियों ने सदर अस्पताल समेत पूरे जिले में काम ठप कर हड़ताल पर चले गए। नतीजतन सदर अस्पताल में पोस्टमार्टम के साथ-साथ सफाई कार्य और महिला स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों ने भी सारे कार्य ठप कर दिये। एक साथ आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी के छह सौ कर्मियों द्वारा काम ठप किए जाने से सिविल सर्जन की परेशानी बढ़ गई। क्योंकि इस दौरान न तो पोस्टमार्टम हो पा रहा था, और न ही सफाई समेत अन्य कार्य ही हो पा रहे थे। जिसे देखते हुए सिविल सर्जन डॉ शिव प्रसाद मिश्रा ने वार्ता के लिए तुरंत कर्मचारी नेता अशोक सिंह नयन, अशोक सिंह, रघुनंदन विश्वकर्मा को बुलाकर वार्ता की।

फंड मिलने के बाद भी कर्मियों को पेमेंट नहीं करने की थी शिकायत

करीब आधा घंटे की वार्ता के बाद फैसला लिया गया कि अब हर माह 15  तारीख को आउटसोर्सिंग एजेंसी के कर्मियों को उनका वेतन भुगतान कर दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए एजेंसी के सुपरवाइजर गौरव कुमार को सदर अस्पताल से तभी भुगतान होगा, जब वो अपने कर्मियों को पैमेंट करेंगे। क्योंकि वार्ता के क्रम में ही यह बाते सामने आई कि सरकार से फंड मिलने के बाद भी एजेंसी अपने कर्मियों को पेमेंट नहीं करती थी। वहीं वार्ता के क्रम में जिन कर्मियों का पीएफ नहीं कट रहा था, उन्हें पीएफ का लाभ देने की बात कही गई।
