गिरिडीह : नवजात की मौत के बाद परिजनों ने मांगा 5 लाख का मुआवजा, परिजनों और अस्पताल प्रबंधक के बीच धक्का-मुक्की, पुलिस ने मामले को शांत किया

गिरिडीह : पचम्बा थाना क्षेत्र के बोडो स्थित जीडी बगेड़िया हॉस्पिटल के समीप कल्याण हॉस्पिटल प्राइवेट नर्सिंग होम में रविवार को देर शाम एक नवजात की मौत के बाद  परिजनों ने जमकर हंगामा किया साथ में परिजनों ने चिकित्सकों एवं अस्पताल प्रबंधन मों कमरुद्दीन एवं पुत्र मो. ताज पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया. घटना की बाबत बताया गया कि मुफस्सिल थाना इलाके के अंबाटांड निवासी शहजाद अंसारी की पत्नी अफसाना परवीन को अस्पताल में रविवार को करीब 12:00 भर्ती कराया गया था. शाम करीब 4:00 बजे मरीज के परिजनों को बताया कि ऑपरेशन सही सलामत हो गया है और बच्चे आईसीयू में भर्ती है,  लेकिन परिजनों ने बच्चे को देखने मांगा गया तो, डॉक्टर अनामिका ने कहा कि कुछ देर के बाद बच्चे को दिखा दिया जाएगा। उसके कुछ देर बाद डब्बे में बंद कर दिया गया और कहा गया कि नवजात की मृत्यु हो चुकी है. इतना सुनने बाद आक्रोशित परिजनों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया और 5 लाख रुपए का मुआवजा मांगा. बाद में अस्पताल प्रबंधक मोहम्मद कमरुद्दीन और ताज के ऊपर परिजन धक्का-मुक्की भी करने लगे. इसी बीच पचंबा पुलिस घटनास्थल पर पहुंची और समझा-बुझाकर मामले को शांत कराया.

पूर्व में अस्पताल को सील कर दिया गया था

मालूम हो कि उक्त अस्पताल में शिशु रोग विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के अभाव में नवजात शिशु की मौत हुई है. ऐसे प्राइवेट नर्सिंग होम में कम अनुभवी चिकित्सकों से प्रसव कराया जाता है, जहां नवजात को जन्म के बाद सुविधा नहीं रहने के कारण अक्सर उसकी मौत हो जाती है।  विश्वसनीय सूत्रों के अनुसार कल्याण अस्पताल में 1 सप्ताह पूर्व एक नवजात की मौत हो गई थी, जिसे अस्पताल प्रबंधक ने परिजनों से मोटी रकम देकर सुलह कर लिया गया. यह भी जानकारी मिली कि मातृ शिशु इकाई, सदर अस्पताल चैताडीह से प्रत्येक दिन 7 से 8 गरीब गर्भवती महिला मरीजों को सहियाओं द्वरा बहला-फुसलाकर प्राइवेट नर्सिंग कल्याण हॉस्पिटल में लाया जाता है और उससे बड़े ऑपरेशन के नाम पर 40 से 50 हजार की वसूली की जाती है। यह सिलसिला वर्षों से जारी है, जिसे प्रशासन द्वारा इस अवैध अस्पताल को सील किया जा चुका है और संचालक मो कमरुद्दीन पुत्र मो ताज पर  कई बार कार्रवाई की जा चुकी है। जबकि सिविल सर्जन को इस मामले की जानकारी है.
