गिरिडीह : माइनिंग टास्क फोर्स एवं सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की बैठक समाहरणालय सभागार में गुरुवार को उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक के दौरान जिला खनन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि जहां-जहां अवैध खनन की सूचना प्राप्त हो रही है, वहां एफआईआर दर्ज की जा रही है। अंचलाधिकारी तथा सभी संबंधित थाना प्रभारी को निर्देश दिया गया है कि अधिक से अधिक स्थानों पर अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध छापेमारी करें। प्रदूषण नियंत्रण विभाग के अधिकारी ने कहा कि प्रदूषण से वातावरण दूषित होने की 6 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई थी, जिनमें चार की जांच कर प्रतिवेदन विभाग को भेजा गया है। वहीं 2 पर अभी कार्रवाई चल रही है।

सीसीएल जीएम ने कहा-अवैध खनन रोकने के लिए ज्वाइंट एक्शन जरूरी

सीसीएल के जीएम ने बताया कि अवैध खनन को रोकने के लिए ज्वाइंट एक्शन की आवश्यकता है। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीणों के साथ इसके लिए बैठक की जा रही है। डीएसपी वन एवं एसडीपीओ सदर ने बताया कि अवैध खनन के वाहनों पर संबंधित पदाधिकारियों द्वारा एफआईआर की जानी चाहिए, जो कि नहीं की जा रही है। वहीं रोड सेफ्टी की बैठक में डीएसपी-dsp1 ने बताया कि पुलिस के द्वारा विभिन्न विद्यालयों में रोड सेफ्टी से संबंधित अवेयरनेस ड्राइव किया जा रहा है। साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जहां-जहां पुल-पुलिया हैं. उनके किनारे रंबलर स्ट्रिप लगाना चाहिए। इसके नहीं होने के कारण काफी दुर्घटनाएं होती हैं। सड़कों पर कहीं भी साइनेज नहीं है। कई स्थानों पर सड़कों पर गड्ढे हैं, जिसके कारण सड़क दुर्घटना होने की संभावना रहती है।

डीसी ने सभी अधिकारियों को समन्वय स्थापित कर काम करने का दिया निर्देश

अपर समाहर्ता विल्सन भेंगरा ने कहा कि ऐसे सभी पुल-पुलिया को चिन्हित कर वहां पर रंबलर स्ट्रिप और साइनेज लगाया जाएगा। वहीं जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने कहा कि विद्यालय के आसपास साइनेज एवं जेबरा क्रॉसिंग होना जरूरी है। परिवहन विभाग के पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि वाहनों की कई स्थानों पर जांच की जा रही है। डीसी ने सभी अधिकारियों की बात सुनने के बाद कहा कि सभी विभाग समन्वय स्थापित कर काम करें। बैठक पुलिस अधीक्षक दीपक कुमार शर्मा,  आईएएस प्रशिक्षु दीपेश कुमारी, डीएसपी 1, एसडीपीओ सदर, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी खोरीमहुआ, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बगोदर, उपनगर आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी रश्मि सिन्हा सहित अन्य संबंधित है पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे।

डीसी ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह की तैयारी को लेकर भी बैठक की, सुबह निकलेगी प्रभातफेरी

इसके बाद गिरिडीह में स्वतंत्रता दिवस (15 अगस्त) के समारोह की तैयारी को लेकर एक बैठक की। स्वतंत्रता दिवस का मुख्य समारोह का आयोजन झण्डा मैदान में करने का निर्णय लिया गया। स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर 15 अगस्त की सुबह 7:00 बजे प्रभातफेरी शहर के विभिन्न मार्गों पर निकालने का निर्णय लिया गया। प्रभातफेरी के लिए सभी स्कूलों की छात्र/छात्राएं झण्डा मैदान में एकत्रित करने को कहा गया। इस कार्य के लिए जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक एवं अनुमण्डल पदाधिकारी के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर अपने स्तर से समुचित व्यवस्था करने का निर्देश दिया गया। वहीं यातायात पुलिस पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया गया कि प्रभातफेरी से संबंधित मार्गों पर यातायात व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से संधारित करेंगे एवं प्रभातफेरी के लिए निर्धारित समय अवधि एवं मार्ग में वाहनों का प्रवेश सुबह 6:00 बजे से दोपहर 12:00 बजे तक बन्द रखेंगे। परेड में 12 प्लाटून भाग लेंगी, जिनका पूर्वाभ्यास 11 से 13 अगस्त तक होगा। वहीं बैंड की टीम कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय, जमुआ की रहेंगी।
