डुमरी उपचुनाव के मद्देनजर डीसी ने किया नियंत्रण कक्ष का गठन , प्राप्त शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने सहित दिए कई दिशा-निर्देश

गिरिडीह : जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने आदर्श आचार संहिता अवधि के दौरान आचार संहिता से संबंधित प्राप्त होनेवाली शिकायतों के लिए जिला स्तर पर जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष का गठन कर दिया, जो तत्काल प्रभाव से जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष गिरिडीह में संचालित होगा। यह नियंत्रण कक्ष 24 घंटे संचालित किया जाएगा। कोषांग के नोडल सह प्रभारी पदाधिकारी जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी सुरेन्द्र सिंह को बनाया गया है. इसके अलावा ग्रुप क में  ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमण्डल के कनीय अभियंता बैजनाथ महतो प्रतिनियुक्त किया गया है। ग्रुप ख में सहायक किशोर हाड़ी, कनीय अभियंता प्रमोद कुमार, ग्रामीण विकास विशेष प्रमंडल प्रमण्डल को प्रतिनियुक्त किया गया है। ग्रुप ग में कनीय अभियंता मुकेश कुमार एवं सहायक राजेश कुमार सिंह को प्रतिनियुक्त किया गया है।

कोषांग कॉल सेंटर के रूप में कार्य करेगा

अगले दिन से प्रथम दिवस मानते हुए इसी अनुक्रम में नियंत्रण कक्ष में उपरोक्त पालियों द्वारा कार्य संपादन किया जाएगा। इस कोषांग का दायित्व निम्नवत है-

(1) यह कोषांग कॉल सेंटर के रूप में कार्य करेगा। जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष, गिरिडीह में पूर्व से अधिष्ठापित दूरभाष संख्या 06532-228829 कार्यरत होगा।

(2) उक्त दूरभाष संख्या पर प्राप्त सभी शिकायतों को पंजी में संधारित किया जाएगा।

(3) नियंत्रण कक्ष में प्राप्त शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जानी है।

(4) संलग्न प्रपत्र में दैनिक प्रतिवेदन प्रभारी पदाधिकारी विधि व्यवस्था शाखा, गिरिडीह को उपलब्ध कराया जाना है।
