गिरिडीह : जिले के गांवा वन प्रक्षेत्र के गोराटांड़ में वन विभाग ने शुक्रवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए संचालित क्रेशर प्लांट को जमींदोज कर दिया। गांवा वन प्रक्षेत्र के गोराटांड़ में वन विभाग के रेंजर अनिल कुमार को गोराटांड़ के जंगल में कई दिनों से अवैध रूप से क्रेशर प्लांट संचालित होने की सूचना मिल रही थी। इसके बाद वन विभाग ने टास्क फ़ोर्स गठित कर शुक्रवार को कार्रवाई की. हालांकि क्रेशर संचालक ने क्रेशर प्लांट बंद होने की बात कही है। क्रेशर संचालक कर्मवीर यादव का कहना है कि क्रेशर पिछले कई महीने से बंद पड़ा हुआ था। क्रेशर प्लांट को पूर्व में ही जमींदोज कर प्राथमिक दर्ज की जा चुकी है, उसी समय से ये बंद पड़ा हुआ था।
रेंजर का दावा, संचालक से नोटिस का जवाब नहीं मिला
अगर क्रेशर चालू रहता तो उस जगह मशीन रहती, बॉडी रहता और पत्थर सहित बहुत सारा सामान रहता, लेकिन वहां कुछ नहीं है। कहा कि वन विभाग की टीम ने मुझे टारगेट कर बार-बार मुझपर मुकदमा दर्ज किया जा रहा है, जो गलत है। उनका क्रेशर दूसरे स्थान पर चल रहा है, जिसका पेपर उनके पास है।इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए रेंजर अनिल कुमार ने कहा कि यह क्रेशर प्लांट वन क्षेत्र में स्थापित था, जिसे लेकर पूर्व में संचालक को 4 बार नोटिस दिया गया था, लेकिन अभी तक किसी तरह का नोटिस का जवाब नहीं मिला, जिसके बाद यह कार्रवाई की गई है। इस दौरान वन प्रक्षेत्र पदाधिकारी अनिल कुमार ने क्रेशर संचालक द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों को बेबुनियाद बताया है। बहरहाल कौन सच बोल रहा है और कौन झूठ, यह जांच के बाद ही पता चल पाएगा.
