In the early hours of August 22, renowned Haryanavi vocalist Raju Punjabi passed away. He was 40. According to India TV, Raju was having treatment for jaundice at a private hospital in Hisar, Haryana. He’d been discharged a few days earlier, but his condition had gotten worse, and he’d been readmitted.
- Raju Punjabi is a lyricist who is connected to the haryanvi music industry. His birthplace is Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, India, and he was born in 1990. He stands about 5″5″ tall. He finished his education at Rajasthan’s Chaudhary Senior Secondary School. Raja Kumar is Raju’s true name in Punjabi.
- Raju released the song “Aapse Milke Yaara Humko Accha Laga Tha” ten days before he passed away. The vocalist also contributed to a number of other popular songs, including Desi Desi, Aacha Lage Se, Tu Cheez Lajawab, Bhang Mere Yaara Ne, and Last Peg, in addition to these singles.

- His health eventually improved, and according to the report, he was released from the hospital. The singer was readmitted as his condition began to deteriorate. Raju was pictured in a hospital bed when singer KD Desi Rock posted the image with the caption “Raju wapas aaja (Raju come back).”
