रोहिणी परियोजना विस्तारीकरण के लिए पर्यावरण स्वीकृति को लेकर लोक सुनवाई का किया गया आयोजन

खलारी। सीसीएल एनके एरिया की रोहिणी परियोजना विस्तार के पयार्वरणीय स्वीकृति के लिए शनिवार को लोक सुनवाई
का आयोजन किया गया। लोक सुनवाई में मुख्य अतिथि के तौेर पर अपर समाहर्ता रांची रामवृक्ष महतो व विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में झारखण्ड राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के सदस्य गौरव जैन मौजूद थे।
रोहिणी परियोजना के परियोजना पदाधिकारी जेके सिंह ने परियोजना विस्तार के बारे में बताते हुए कहा कि 21 साल पहले रोहिणी परियोजना शुरू हुई थी। पुराने क्षेत्र को ही विस्तार दिया जा रहा है। इसके लिए 67.51 हेक्टेयर जमीन पर
कार्य किया जाएगा, जिसमें मात्र 15.6 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर ही खनन कार्य होगा। पुनवार्स के लिए दो जगह चिन्हित किए
गए हैं। सुनवाई के दौरान जिप सदस्य सरस्वती देवी, रैयत विस्थापित मोर्चा के एरिया अध्यक्ष बिगन सिंह भोगता, रतिया
गंझू, रंथू उरांव आदि ने अपनी अपनी बातों को रखते हुए रैयत विस्थापितो को विश्वास में लेकर नौकरी मुआवजा
रोजगार सहित अन्य सुविधा देने की मांग रखी। इस दौरान संचालन एनके एरिया कार्मिक अधिकारी ज्योति कुमार ने किया। लोक सुनवाई में सीओ खलारी शिशुपाल आर्य, बीडीओ लेखराज नाग, एनके एरिया महाप्रबंधक संजय कुमार, जेएसपीसीबी के क्षेत्रीय अधिकारी गोपाल जी, सुमित कुमार, सीआईएसएफ कमांडेट संजीव कुमार, सीआईएसएफ डिप्युटी कमांडेंट मृत्युंजय स्वामी, पुरनाडीह पीओ नरेश सिंह, चुरी पीओ अनुज कुमार, प्रखंड प्रमुख सोनी तिग्गा, जिप सदस्य सरस्वती देवी, सत्यपाल सिंह, ललन सिंह, मनोज रजक, जगरनाथ महतो, रामलखन गंझू, विनय ख़लखो, अनुज कुमार, शैलेश कुमार, सुनीलकुमार सिंह, प्रेम कुमार, गोल्डेन प्रसाद यादव, नरेश गंझू, मुकद्दर कुमार, लहसन भोगता, गोपाल सिंह, रवि भोगता, पिंकी देवी सहित कई ग्रामीण मौजूद थे।

●खदान खोलने के लिए सभी की है पाजिटिव सोचर : संजय कुमार

लोक सुनवाई के दौरान जीएम संजय कुमार ने कहा की खदान खोलने के लिए सभी का पाजिटिव सोच है। खदान को लेकर हटाए जाने वाले 67 घरों का नापी कराकर मुख्यालय भेजा गया है ताकि उन्हें मुआवजा मिल पाए। पेयजल के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर आरओ प्लांट सहित अन्य कार्य किया गया है। मानकी और चूरी वाटर प्लांट का रेनोवेशन किया
जाएगा। आने वाले समय में रोहिणी इस क्षेत्र की सबसे बड़ी 10 मिलियन की परियोजना होगी। पयार्वरण को
संतुलित करने के लिए वृहत कार्य किया जा रहा है। सीएसआर के तहत गांव गांव में सोलर लाइट लगाया
गया है। वैकल्पिक रोजगार के लिए सीएसआर के तहत कई योजनाओं को शुरू किया गया है।

●ग्रामीणों की मांग पर आवश्यक काररवाई की जायेगी : एसी

लोक सुनवाई में आए सरकार के प्रतिनिधि अपर समाहर्ता रांची रामवृक्ष महतो ने कहा कि ग्रामीणों की सभी मांगें नोट कर ली गई है। सभी मांगों पर आवश्यक कारवाई की जाएगी। इससे पूर्व अपनी मांग रखते हुए रैयत, विस्थापित व
ग्रामीणों ने उचित मुआवजा, सुविधाओं के साथ पुनर्वास, उपयोगी व फलदार वृक्ष के पौधे लगाने, रोजगार की व्यवस्था करने, प्रदूषण नियंत्रित करने आदि की मांग रखी। मांग रखने वालों में नगीना देवी, शिवनारायण लोहरा, संतोष
राम, सुकरमनी देवी, शिवनाथ भोगता, छोटन भोगता, अमृत भोगता, आनंद कुमार मेहता, मुरारी कुमार मेहता, रामधारी गंझू, तनवीर आलम आदि शामिल थे।
