सर्विस दिलाने के नाम पर ठगी का मामला

हजारीबाग : हजारीबाग एसपी मनोज रतन चौथे को  गुप्त सूचना मिली कि ग्राम-मासीपीडी, बसरिया एवं आस-पास के गाँवों में लडको के द्वारा अपने-अपने मोबाईल से व्हाट्सएप के जरिये Scort Service Website के माध्यम से कई लोगों को अलग-अलग नम्बरों से सम्पर्क कर उनके मोबाईल पर website के जरिये लडकियों / महिलाओं का आपत्तिजनक तस्वीर भेज कर उनसे सर्विस दिलानें के नाम पर ठगी की जाती है। उक्त सूचना से वरीय पदाधिकारीयों को अवगत कराया गया। वरीय पदाधिकारी के आदेशानुसार रात्रि गश्ती टीम के साथ मिलकर छापामारी की गई। छापामारी के क्रम में ग्राम-मासीपीडी से 1. शंकर कुमार 2. सकलदेव प्रसाद दोनो पिता स्व० डोमन महतो दोनो ग्राम मासीपीडी 3. आलोक कुमार पिता स्व० लक्ष्मण प्रसाद 4. रोहित कुमार पिता जागेश्वर मंडल दोनो ग्राम बसरिया 5. कुलदीप प्रसाद पिता स्व० लखन मंडल ग्राम खैरा सभी थाना बरकट्ठा जिला हजारीबाग को पकडा गया तथा पुछताछ हेतू हिरासत में लिया गया। पुछताछ एवं पकड़ाये लोगों के पास से बरामद मोबाईल का जांच किया गया तो बरामद सभी मोबाईल से व्हाट्सएप के जरिये विभिन्न नंबरो पर लडकियो का आपतीजनक तस्वीर भेजकर तथा उन्हें लडकियों से सर्विश दिलाने के नाम पर पैसा ठगनें से समबन्धित चैटिंग की पुष्टि हुई है। पूछ-ताछ के पश्चात पकडाये अभियुक्तों द्वारा अपना अपना अपराध स्वीकार किये है तथा उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया गया। इस संदर्भ में बरकट्ठा थाना काण्ड संख्या- 221/2021 दिनांक-26.11.23 धारा-420/385/ 467/468/34 भा0द0वि0 एवं 66/67 IT Act के अन्तर्गत काण्ड अंकित किया गया।
