गुमला – जिले के गुमला प्रखंड अंतर्गत फसिया पंचायत के ग्राम लक्ष्मण नगर निवासी प्रज्ञा देवी ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी गुमला द्वारा वगैर नोटिस का पीएचएच राशन कार्ड को रद्द कर देने तथा दूबारा आनलाईन आवेदन करने पर इसे लगभग 11 माह से दबाकर रखने को लेकर एक लिखित शिकायत झारखण्ड राज्य खाद्य आयोग के अध्यक्ष के पास प्रेषित कर इस मामले पर कारवाई करते हुए राशन कार्ड दिलाने की मांग की है l अपने शिकायत में इन्होंने जिक्र किया है कि
“मैं प्रज्ञा देवी पति श्री मनोज सतपत , ग्राम फसिया लक्ष्मण नगर, थाना और जिला गुमला का निवासी हूं तथा गरीबी रेखा में आती हूं तथा राष्ट्रीय खाद सुरक्षा अधिनियम के मानक एवं और अर्हताएं को पूर्ण करती हूं, आगे सूचित करना है कि दिनांक 19/11 2022 को मैं पीएचएच राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन की थी जिसमें जाति और अन्याय था तथा पूरे जांच पड़ताल एवं आवश्यक प्रक्रिया के बाद मुझे दिनांक 31 -01-2023 को जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी गुमला द्वारा पीएचएच राशन कार्ड संख्या 202800976088 निर्गत किया गया तथा माह फरवरी एवं मार्च 2023 में दो माह राशन भी स्थानीय डीलर सुनील राम (फसिया लक्ष्मण) से उठाई लेकिन बगैर किसी तरह का कोई नोटिस का गलत सूचना प्रपत्र का हवाला देकर दिनांक 31 मार्च 2023 की तिथि से मेरा राशन कार्ड को रद्द कर दिया गया l जो बिल्कुल गैर न्यायोचित है , पुनः डीएसओ से संपर्क स्थापित करने पर उन्होंने ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए बोला तथा उनकी कथनानुसार मैं दिनांक 29 -04-2023 को ऑनलाइन आवेदन की हूं जिसका एकनावलेजमेंट नंबर 3668022197 है जो लगभग 11 माह से बीएसओ के पास लंबित है जो जानबूझकर लापरवाही करना है, मेरे पति प्राइवेट वर्क करते हैं और कच्चा मकान है , पांच एकड़ से भी कम जमीन है, दो पहिया या चार पहिया वाहन नहीं है और आयकर नहीं देती हूं तथा बिल्कुल गरीब हुं फिर मेरी राशन कार्ड क्यों नहीं बनाया जा रहा है इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए राशन कार्ड निर्गत किया जाए l”
