रांची में हत्या कर शव को साक्ष्य मिटाने के लिए सिसई सोंगरा जंगल में फेंका

अज्ञात शव को सिसई पुलिस ने पिछले दिन उक्त जंगल से बरामद कर, नियमानुसार 72 घंटे तक पोस्टमार्टम हाउस के शीतगृह में रखवाया गया और फिर भी  शव की पहचानी नहीं हुई तो, शव का अंतिम संस्कार करते हुए  शव को कब्र में गड़वा दिया गया था और पहचानी होने पर पुन: उक्त शव को उक्त कब्र से निकाला गया। उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया हैं।

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत सिसई थाना स्थित सोंगरा जंगल में साक्ष्य मिटाने के उद्देश्य से, दो हत्यारे ने रांची में ठेकेदार ज्ञान प्रकाश की हत्या कर उक्त शव को सिसई थाना स्थित सोंगरा जंगल में फेक कर फरार हो गए थे। बाद में  दोनों हत्यारे नामकुम थाना पुलिस के हंथे चढ़े और उक्त हत्या का रहस्य का पर्दा उठ गया।  शव को नामकुम थाना रांची एवं सिसई थाना पुलिस की उपस्थिति में को कब्र से बाहर निकलवाया गया और अंतिम संस्कार हेतु उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया हैं। बताया जाता हैं कि रांची में रहकर ठेकेदारी करने वाले ज्ञान प्रकाश रांची से एकाएक रहस्यमय ढंग से गायब हो गया। तब उसके परिजनों ने रांची नामकुम थाना रांची में ज्ञान प्रकाश के गायब होने पर उसके परिजनों ने , दो लोगों के विरुद्ध नामजद प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई थी।

सूचना पर नामकुम थाना पुलिस रांची ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए , जब उक्त दोनों नामजद आरोपियों को छापामारी कर नामकुम थाना पुलिस ने जब दबोचा और अपने साथ उक्त नामजद हत्यारों को नामकुम थाना लाया गया और पुलिसिया अंदाज में पूछताछ शुरू की गई तो , उक्त दोनों हत्यारों ने अपने अपने अपराध स्वीकार करते हुए , तोते की तरह बोलने लगे और बताया कि ठेकेदार ज्ञान प्रकाश को उन्होंने रांची में ही हत्या कर और साक्ष्यों को छुपाने के उद्देश्य से सिसई थाना स्थित सोंगरा जंगल में फेंक आयें थे।

सिसई थाना के थाना प्रभारी संदीप कुमार यादव ने बताया की पिछले दिन सिसई थाना पुलिस ने सोंगरा जंगल से एक उक्त अज्ञात शव को बरामद कर और पोस्टमार्टम एवं शिनाख्त ( पहचानी ) के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस के शीतगृह में नियमानुसार 72 घंटे के लिए रखवाया गया था और जब 72 घंटे बीत जाने के बाद भी , जब उक्त शव की पहचानी नहीं हुई तो , अन्ततः उक्त शव को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद , अंतिम संस्कार कराते हुए उक्त शव को कब्र में गाड़वा दिया गया था , और अब – जब उक्त शव का पहचानी स्वयं उनके परिजनों द्वारा पटना बख्तियारपुर निवासी 23 वर्षीय ज्ञान प्रकाश ( पिता प्रमोद कुमार ) के रूप में पहचानी कर ली गई हैं , तो उक्त शव को उसके परिजनों को अंतिम संस्कार हेतु उक्त शव को सौंप दिया गया हैं।
