सप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में 80 से अधिक आवेदकों ने की उपायुक्त से मुलाकात

गुमला : आज मंगलवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इससे पूर्व उपायुक्त के द्वारा ई-जन शिकायत का भी आयोजन किया गया जहां विशुनपुर एवं घाघरा प्रखंड के आवेदकों से उपायुक्त ने ऑनलाइन वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से बात की एवं उनके समस्याओं का निवारण किया गया।

वहीं जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में दूर दराज से लगभग 80 से अधिक आवेदकों की उपस्थिति रही।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आवेदकों के द्वारा अबुआ आवास योजना, राशन कार्ड, पेंशन, दिव्यांग ट्राइसाइकल,जाति प्रमाण पत्र, कस्तूरबागांधी में नामांकन, गांव में पानी की समस्या, जमीन विवाद, आयुष्मान कार्ड,जल मीनार के निर्माण, सामुदायिक भवन निर्माण, अधिगृहित भूमि मुआवजा, पुलिया निर्माण, अनुकंपा पर नौकरी, कुआं निर्माण, पहुंच पथ निर्माण तथा पारिवारिक लाभ से संबंधित कई मामले देखने को मिले. स्वैछिक सेवा निवृति का लाभ व वेतन से सम्बंधित मामले मे भी लाभुक को लाभ दिलाने की पूरी आस्वासन दी.उक्त सभी मामलों को देखते हुए उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी आवेदनों को संबंधित विभाग को अग्रसारित किया गया। उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी मामलों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आए दिव्यांगों को मिला बैट्री चलित ट्राइसाइकिल

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में कई दिव्यंगो ने भी उपायुक्त से आकर मुलाकात की। कुछ दिव्यंगों ने दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र बनाने की मांग की वहीं कुछ आवेदकों ने दिव्यांग पेंशन की भी मांग की। जिसके लिए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए दिव्यांगों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समुचित सहायता देने का निर्देश दिया।

इस दौरान जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आए दिव्यांगों के द्वारा बैट्री चलित रिक्शा एवं व्हील चेयर की मांग की गई। जिसे देखते हुए उपायुक्त ने त्वरित कार्रवाई की एवं 2 दिव्यांगों को दिव्यांगो को ऑन द स्पॉट जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की ओर से बैटरी चालित रिक्शा उपलब्ध कराया गया वहीं 1 दिव्यांग व्यक्ति को व्हील चेयर दिया गया। जिसके लिए सभी दिव्यांगो ने उपायुक्त के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया।

शत प्रतिशत योग्य लाभुकों को दें योजना का लाभ : उपायुक्त

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आए लाभुकों ने योजनाओं का लाभ लेने हेतु उपायुक्त को आवेदन समर्पित किया। उपायुक्त ने उपस्थिति संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को सभी योग्य लाभुकों को शत प्रतिशत योजनाओं से अच्छादित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी लाभुक न छूटे इसका ध्यान रखें । इस दौरान कई आवेदकों ने अबुआ आवास योजना के लिए भी अपना आवेदन समर्पित किया। उपायुक्त ने ऑन द स्पॉट सभी आवेदकों का नाम अबुआ आवास योजना की सूची से मिलान कराया। जिन आवेदकों का नाम सूची में हैं उन्हें जानकारी देते हुए आश्वस्त किया कि उन्हें जल्द ही अबुआ आवास योजना का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा वहीं जिनका नाम सूची में नहीं था उनके नाम का मिलान करते हुए योग्य लाभुकों का नाम सूची में जोड़ने का भी काम किया गया।

इस दौरान सीलम पंचायत स्थित कुलमुंडा 1 ग्राम के ग्रामीणों ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित किया एवं उन्होंने बताया कि उनके गांव में 100 से अधिक घर है परंतु वहां पानी की सुविधा नहीं होने के कारण समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है , उन्होंने कहा कि उनके गांव में जल मीनार भी बनाए गए थे परंतु जलमिनार से भी पानी नहीं आती है। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी को आवेदन अग्रसारित करते हुए उक्त गांव में जाकर जांच रिपोर्ट के साथ ग्रामीणों के सुविधा हेतु समाधान भी निकालने का निर्देश दिया। इसी प्रकार से रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत जर्जट्टा ग्राम स्थित सरकारी विद्यालयों एवं आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में भी पेय जल की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण विद्यार्थियों को समस्या होती है। इस संबंध में जर्जट्टा के ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया, उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि जल्द ही इस समस्या का समाधान किया जाएगा

घाघरा प्रखंड के आदर पंचायत के जिलिंगसिरा ग्राम वासियों ने भी अपने गांव किंसमस्याओ को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा, जिसमें उन्होंने अपने गांव में पिछले 70 वर्षों से पूर्व से सड़क निर्माण नहीं होने की समस्या को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा जिसपर उपायुक्त ने स्पेशल डिविजन को उक्त से संबंधित जांच करते हुए डीपीआर तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने कई आवेदकों से मुलाकात की कुछ आवेदकों को ऑन द स्पॉट सहायता भी प्रदान की गई वहीं कुछ आवेदनों पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु संबंधित विभाग को आवेदन अग्रसारित भी किया गया।

इस दौरान मौके पर जिला सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक निदेशक ललन कुमार रजक, सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
