निदेशक द्वारा जारी समान अवकाश तालिका अव्यवहारिक एवं त्रुटिपूर्ण : उर्दू शिक्षक संघ

झारखंड राज्य उर्दू शिक्षक संघ ने झारखंड के सभी जिलों के लिए जारी एक समान अवकाश तालिका का विरोध किया है। इस संदर्भ में झारखंड शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद, रांची को एक मेमोरंडम सौंप कर आपत्ति दर्ज कराई गई है। इस संदर्भ में संघ के केंद्रीय महासचिव अमीन अहमद ने कहा कि निदेशक द्वारा जारी पूरे राज्य के सरकारी विद्यालयों के लिए एक समान अवकाश तालिका की अधिसूचना अव्यवहारिक एवं त्रुटिपूर्ण है, क्योंकि यह अवकाश तालिका दो माह बीत जाने के बाद फरवरी में जारी किया गया है। अब इसे लागू करना अव्यवहारिक होगा, क्योंकि जनवरी एवं फरवरी माह की छुट्टिओं का सामंजन करना मुश्किल होगा। राज्य के प्रारंभिक विद्यालयों के अवकाश तालिका पूर्व की भांति जिलावार जारी किया जाना बेहतर होगा, क्योंकि अलग-अलग जिला में कई त्योहारों का विशेष महत्व रहता है, जैसे सोहराय, सरहुल, टुसू पर्व, माघे पर्व, रथ यात्रा, श्रावणी मेला आदि।

इसी प्रकार एक समान अवकाश तालिका में रमजान के अलविदा जुमा (रमजान माह का अंतिम शुक्रवार) की छुट्टी नहीं दी गई है। उक्त तालिका में कुल नौ शुक्रवार अलग-अलग पर्व त्योहारों के लिए दी गई है, जबकि उर्दू स्कूलों में शुक्रवार को साप्ताहिक अवकाश रहता है। ऐसे में 9 शुक्रवार का सामंजन उर्दू विद्यालयों के लिए नहीं किया गया है। सामंजन नहीं किए जाने पर उर्दू विद्यालयों में अवकाश कम हो जायेंगे, जो एक समान आकाश तालिका के उद्देश्य के विपरित होगा। अमीन अहमद ने आगे कहा कि जारी किये गये अवकाश तालिका में माह जनवरी एवं दिसंबर में कुल दस दिनों का शीतकालीन अवकाश दिया गया है, जिससे मुख्य त्योहारों की छुट्टियां प्रभावित होंगी। आदिवासी और स्थानीय पर्व त्योहारों की अनदेखी की गई है। ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश सिर्फ 11 दिनों का दिया गया है। जबकि मई माह में प्रचंड गर्मी पड़ती है। शीतकालीन अवकाश को हटा कर 17 दिनों का ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश किया जा सकता है। समान अवकाश तालिका में दो महत्वपूर्ण त्योहारों ईद और बकरीद की छुट्टी सिर्फ एक ही दिन के लिए दी गई है, जबकि उर्दू विद्यालयों में अन्य प्रमुख त्योहारों की तरह कम से कम तीन दिनों की छुट्टी होनी चाहिये थी।

संघ के केंद्रीय प्रवक्ता शहज़ाद अनवर ने कहा कि राज्य में अलग-अलग पर्व त्योहारों एवं सामान्य तथा उर्दू विद्यालयों के लिए पूर्व के जारी किये गये जिलावार अवकाश तालिका के यथास्थिति को ही बहाल रखना बेहतर होगा। मेमोरंडम की प्रतिलिपि सचिव, स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग, झारखंड सरकार, प्रशासी पदाधिकारी, झारखंड शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद, रांची को भी दी गई है।
